HaiJoe replaced our concrete driveway and walkway, poured a new stamped concrete patio, and installed three new retaining walls. We hired HaiJoe to build us our patio after seeing their work at a neighbor’s house. We are completely satisfied with their work. HaiJoe provided me a military discount, they professionally and quickly responded to my many change requests, and coordinated a time for me to be present during the crucial stages of construction for my concurrence. When there was a industry-wide material backlog, HaiJoe frequently updated me on the lead times and impact to schedule. We just got through this latest Nor'easter and everything held up and drained perfectly! Technical Specs: 22x20 stamped concrete patio (soft grey, soft release, dark border), 11x4 landing from existing deck’s stairs, and a 11x4 steps walkway to connect the two. In addition, due to our sloping yard, HaiJoe installed a retaining wall, backfill, drainage pipes and pop-ups.

Haijoe Stamped Concrete Patios and Decks came out to my home to install a deck. My mistake was I didn't go through the county to get the deck inspected as I should have (Big Mistake on me and this company is used that to their advantage). They come across ads trust worthy and honest at first, however I assure you that is not the case. When issues arise they real Haijoe Company shows out. It hasn't been a month since they installed my deck and the deck has since started to fall apart. A block of wood fell from underneath the deck and almost hit one of my kids in the head, narrowly missing them. I fear there are other loose blocks of wood where that piece fell from underneath the deck. I called the owner of the company and explained that I have young kids and this pose a safety hazard. I expressed the urgency of the situation, however my complaints fell on deaf ears. This gentleman has kids of his own where he is posted up on his company site with his family. I know he wouldn't want this safety hazard for his kids. I have yet to receive any assistance from the company in regards to fixing this issue. They stopped answering their phones when I call. Haijoe stamped concrete patios and decks will go through hoops to get your business and profess their five star ratings, Please Please anyone out there reading and planning their next project, Please don't call this company. Once they get your business and any issues arise from their sloppy work, please believe me it's like pulling tooth and nails to get them to answer calls or remedy any problems you have with the work they did. Their sales representative and his gangster street mentality will do anything to earn your business but they do, the thug in them comes out if you have any issues as I did with the poor work they did. if I could rate them a zero i would. A rip off, I paid twenty-two thousand dollars in cash ($22,000.00) for a hazard in my back yard. If anyone reading this post knows any other platform or organization that will hold these rip offs accountable let me know..(Thanks).

It was great doing business again with the HAIJOE team. They installed our first patio two years ago and we contacted them for our patio extension. HaiJoe is amazing! It took a while for the project to start, and that is not a knock on them, it just shows that they are in high demand due to the quality of their work! I can't say enough about Angelo, Elder and the crew who worked so hard to give us a beautiful stamped concrete patio and landing. Angelo walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Everyone at HaiJoe are profession and knowledgeable and friendly. Angelo was available everyday of the week, including weekends and was very responsive to email. I had been researching my deck and patio project for a couple of years. I wanted to improve the usability of my back yard space for quite some time.
