White enamel, a whisper of gray on custom clean-lined cabinets, a fabulous slab on an island painted blue, and chocolate stained wood flooring—this kitchen really cooks!

The kitchen island was extended to over twice the original size and includes eat-in seating for up to 4. The waterfall edge on the quartz countertop creates a clean modern line to the overhang, and extra white surface helps to keep the kitchen bright. A wall was added to create a laundry room out of what was previously an under utilized eat-in area. The fridge was recessed into the new wall, and surrounded by glossy white pantry cabinets, which match the white upper cabinets on the opposite wall. This elegant Modern living room achieves a cozy yet sophisticated mood through a refined palette of warm neutrals, featuring beige, cream, and rich chocolate brown velvet accents. The space is anchored by a sculptural sputnik chandelier, a light-toned drum coffee table, and symmetrical arrangements of brass table lamps and rounded accent chairs. A clean-lined, fluted sideboard and recessed media console maintain the minimal, polished aesthetic.

Custom wainscot panels that match the cabinet doors (Fieldstone Montgomery) show off the beautiful grain of the unstained cherry. The color will darken with time. A light chocolate glaze emphasizes the lines of the raised panels.
