The Augusta Collection has been called our masterpiece creation!
Featuring wide paddle arms, a sloping seat and rear supporting legs, it has some common elements of the Adirondack chair. And although it could claim the Adirondack as a cousin, the Augusta has created a style completely its own. This new design bucks the trend of other teak manufacturers to minimize the amount of teak in favor of aluminum or stainless. Never to be described as sleek or slender, Augusta pieces are typically 10-15% larger in scope than competing deep seating furniture. The Augusta Club Chair and Loveseat come with a 3-stop reclining feature to offer varied relaxing positions. Along with the good looking style from the front and side, the Augusta furniture adds an exquisite, handsome curve to the backrest design.

An early-season storm hit Farragut on April 10, 2026, bringing hailstones from one inch to nearly two inches across. This home's roof was already near the end of its service life, and the hail finished it off. Heavy granule loss, nail pops, and dented gutters and downspouts told the whole story.
A Smith Roofing team member noticed the damage while driving through the neighborhood and stopped to let the homeowner know. The homeowner worked with their insurance carrier, and after a few weeks the claim was settled and work began. After tear-off, the deck looked good. The replacement was proactive rather than catching active leaks.
The homeowners chose Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Peppercorn for the deeper, multi-tone look with a more textured, current feel. New ridge vents and lifetime pipe flashings went on with the roof. To finish, six-inch oversized gutters in Musket Brown were added to match the paint on the entry columns and window trim. The result fits right in with the neighborhood's warm, earth-tone palette.

Lovely room, lousy bath. KitchenVisions creating this award-winning bath by redesigning the bathroom and closet, actually giving the bathroom a door, a double vanity and creating extra storage by claiming space under the eaves, and moving the door to the attic spaces behind the bath.
A 'wet room', shower/bath combination maximizes the floor area and the soft blues/ whites and air bath create a relaxing space to unwind

Storage was also an issue. The homeowners wanted to consolidate and enhance their ability to store common items with easier access. So, we combined 2 closets into 1 with easy access to the kitchen and created a large entry hallway closet.
Space was another concern that had to be addressed in the layout of the kitchen and adjoining dining room. By knocking out the wall between the two rooms we were able to dramatically increase, cabinet storage, available light, traffic flow and deliver a larger dining area. With the new connection between the kitchen and the dining/living room, we needed to hand-tooth new hardwood flooring seamlessly into existing oak.

As a design-build firm, the designer's focus for every project is to create a space that will not only suit the lifestyle of their clients, but also incorporate their personalities and sentimental belongings to truly make the home feel that it was built custom to them. This project encompassed the style and reclaimed artifacts from a completely different century. With timely features such as stacked stone, hand troweled limestone stucco, leaded glass windows, re-claimed 18th century European doors, slate and lead roof, gas lanterns and more, the clients wanted to replicate a traditional European home.

Love is all around Dick "RJ" Valentine, especially when he enters his home garage.
A professional race car driver, entrepreneur, chairman of The MBA Group of Companies, and owner of F1 Boston and F1 Outdoors kart racing facility, Dick is surrounded by some of his most prized possessions: a radiant blue Hennessey Venom Viper 650, a twin turbo Porsche, a 500e Mercedes, and a BMW model 750il, an M5 and an M6.
And that's just the four-wheelers. Dick's garage is also home to four motorcycles: a BMW 1200LT, a BMW 1200RS, a Ducati 996F, and a Ducati ST4F. "I've basically driven everything short of the space shuttle," he jokes. His wife adds, "If it doesn't make noise, leak or have wheels, Dick doesn't want any part of it!"
Driving for gold.
RJ has been racing professionally for 30 years and has raced virtually every type of competitive race car at tracks all over the world, including IMSA Corvettes, Trans-Am Camaros, Riley & Scott MK3 World Sports Cars, BMW M3 V8's, Dodge Vipers, Porsche 911s, Pontiac GTO.Rs and Porsche GT3s. He has more than 325 professional road racing starts, and is one of only seven people to eclipse 120 starts in the Trans-Am Series. RJ's career Trans-Am record includes a 62% incidence of top ten finishes and in excess of 20 top-five finishes. In 2007, RJ and teammate Andy Lally claimed 5 victories, 2 seconds and placed 3rd for the 2007 GT Championship in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series aboard the #66 TRG CRG/Maxter Porsche GT3. He has driven in over 20 consecutive Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona, a significant achievement given the grueling nature of this 24-hour endurance race.
He uses his garage to house and service not only his personal vehicles, but his professional karts as well. That's where Lista comes in. Dick stores all his tools and parts using Lista garage workbenches with drawer cabinet pedestals, stationary riser shelves and overhead cabinets with retractable doors.
"We use only Lista equipment in our racing trailers and at F1 Boston. In the racing environment, precision and quality are the name of the game. Lista is the gold standard in the business. So I wouldn't have used anything but Lista in my own garage."

Check out the laundry details as well. The beloved house cats claimed the entire corner of cabinetry for the ultimate maze (and clever litter box concealment).

In this remodel of a very small kitchen, we designed it to claim every bit of space. The kitchen was opened up to the dining room and windows were added toward the back yard for a sense of a larger space.
