His home runs on a Day and Night system. Our technician went through the full tune-up: coolant levels and pressure, thermostat, wiring, contacts, capacitors and relays, the evaporator coil, condenser cleaning, the condensate drain, the outdoor disconnect, the condenser fan motor and blades, and compressor performance at startup. The result was a clean bill of health. No cleanings needed, no repairs needed. That is the outcome we want on a maintenance visit, and it is not an accident. Systems that get checked twice a year tend to stay in this condition, because the small things get caught long before they turn into a no-cool call in July. Our technician shared a few optional ways to add protection down the road, and left the decision entirely with Luis. Luis, thank you for keeping up with your seasonal visits. This Burns park backyard was overgrown and not taken care of for years. The homeowner wanted all of the poison ivies and scrub growth removed to evaluate the topography and formulate a landscape design for next season. Landforms came in removed all of the overgrowth and weeds. Cleaned up the entire hillside and installed a heavy layer of premium hardwood mulch. Now you can see the structure of the garden.
