This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. Vitralum Glass Solutions Inc. The unique feature of this glass staircase is the glass flooring. This flooring was installed with low iron glass in order to have the clearest look as possible. Each glass insert is 1.5" low iron clear tempered laminated glass. A piece of art.

In full sun the contrast the elevation was designed around is clearest - warm vertical cedar against black board and batten, with black window frames disappearing into the dark field. Deep eaves keep the glass shaded through the day.

Engineered cedar siding creates beautiful gray-blue tones at the exterior of the home, while adding a textural element to activate the simple exterior design.

Even with limited space, we used every inch and as much sustainable material as possible. This fresh small bath shower is virtually unrecognizable from the original dark, cramped and uninviting shower we first encountered here. Now it's vverything you'd ever want in a dream shower, fit into a 34” x 41” footprint. A beauty clad in gleaming white subway tiles, honed Statuary marble and the clearest Starphire frameless glass enclosure allows natural light to flood this tiny sanctuary and make it feel much larger than it is.

The owner asked for one thing: a study in the spirit of Hogwarts. Deep dark green walls, panelled joinery, a wall of antique books and a chandelier with floating candles do the rest. It is the emotional centre of the apartment and the clearest example of what our Limassol studio means by a home built around its owners rather than around a style guide.

This home theater has the warm, inviting feel of a golden age movie palace. The look was achieved through the use of extensive detail molding, upholstered walls within the upper framing (for better sound absorption), subdued theater lighting, and three paint colors—two browns and a cream for the highlights. The resulting textured ambience of the interior design is key to the vintage feel. The leather seating for nine–both single chairs and sofas–recline for cozier viewing. The table in the picture is burl wood and the carpet is patterned wool. The projector system produces the clearest image I’ve seen in a screen of this size (130 inches.) If this were my home theatre I’d be extremely popular with my friends.
