Our client wanted a contemporary space to match their house but as a triathlete and a coach, he wanted ease of access to the lake for both swimming and paddle sports for their family and his clients. They wanted low maintenance but also unique and peaceful.....

For this project, I sorted through paper and other possessions in the home office area to purge and find better storage for them. In some cases, items didn't have places to go, so we created those. Much of the paper was no longer needed and recycled. Archive paper was filed away and paper in current use was filed into desktop receptacles for easy access. The client and I instituted a simple daily routine of putting things away that landed on the desk to keep it clear and make it an inviting place to work.

Elegant bathroom photo in Seattle

The Oregon Dream 2017 built by Stone Bridge Homes NW has a secondary detached recreation garage with an indoor basketball court and a fully equipped bar. A modified Clopay Avante Collection glass garage door opens, resort-like, to a counter fronted by bar stools. On the other side of the bar is a complete beverage center with a refrigerator, ice maker and sink. The high lift vertical track provides ample clearance and headroom in the work area whether the overhead door is up or down.
