This Boston area client needed a re-design for their entrance from the garage into the main house. The space is large and used as a passageway, a workout room, and a coat and shoe storage area. Using two warm toned panels that compliment the colors already present in their stone floor and on their walls, the newly designed space gives everything a place. Shelving widths were designed with purpose in mind so that they fit just the right number of shoes. Ample hooks were added to the walls to take care of all of the coats of this busy household. To finish off the coat hook wall, a custom painted beadboard backing with a shelf finished with crown molding trimmed out the space perfectly.
