Vigini Paint and DesignWhen a gorgeous bedroom and a boring bookcase collided and no one knew what to do, we were called to come up with a solution. We designed parquetry stencils influenced by Syrian ivory and mother of pearl inlay furniture and hand painted them on the surface. Since we are so knowledgeable with paints, we were able to choose the perfect color and brand for adhesion. The cobalt blue painted insides provide a fabulous pop of color.

SJ Design & DecorThis client wanted soft neutral tones. They love the look of Mango wood hence the Mango end tables. The curtains are a light linen and give the space a soft touch.
SJ Design & DecorLove the pendant lighting over the island. The clients wanted a lighter island color in place of the black. I suggested Sherwin Williams Honed Soapstone. The cabinets would look awesome with Sherwin Williams Peppercorn setting off the pendant lighting. The cane backed stools match the Mango wood of the living room end tables.
SJ Design & DecorIn keeping with the client’s desire for wicker lighting I incorporated this scalloped wicker dining chandelier to this beautiful Mango wood dining set. They loved the 39”(H) sideboard bringing in the bit of soft blue colors they were looking for. The rug brings it all together with some of the blue and Mango wood color in it.
SJ Design & DecorThis is the same room as above from a different angle. The client was also interested in wicker lighting which you see in the chandelier which is also a fan. I love that the blades are not showing!
