Time Worn marble mosaic by Giovanni Barbieri is created by technology invented by Barbieri and used since 1999. The procedure first wears down the borders of the tiles then creates a semi-opaque natural wavy surface. Polishing then makes the surface identical to the most beautifully time worn historical floors in Italy. No matter how much usage and traffic the marble gets, its sheen and unique reflective qualities remain unaltered. The end result is a truly timeless work of art by the Italian master. Spina Pesce can be laid out in the "herringbone" pattern for which it is named or in a straight pattern.
Usage includes: Walls, floors backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, shower stalls, tub surrounds, feature walls

The sleek fireplace wall was designed using Dekton Porcelain slabs. An asymmetrical design on the fireplace was achieved by cutting the slab into rectilinear segments creating a "Mondrian" effect. The wall covering slabs have a smooth wood grain texture to them with 3/16" reveals in between--painted lime green for an unexpected POP! The custom hearth was also created using Dekton in a rich brown tone to complement the wood flooring that runs throughout the great room space.

Eat-in kitchen - contemporary single-wall eat-in kitchen idea with flat-panel cabinets and granite countertops

Small in scale but rich in detail, an interior designer brought a jewel box vision to life in the kitchen of her 1900 Georgetown row home. Drawing from the lush backyard garden, she chose Snaidero cabinetry in Alps Green and Burnished Gold Mica Matte Lacquers, paired with Bronzed frame glass units for the uppers and white quartz counters with gold veining. Handleless cabinets and clean lines help the space feel open, elegant, and ideal for entertaining.

This is a project in Minneapolis that defines a spectacular landscape with all the bells and whistles. From an outstanding formal entry with thermal blistered limestone, to a clay paver walkway across a stream bed that flows into a pond. This landscape moves you around the home with its beauty and elegance. A rooftop patio serves as a morning breakfast nook, while still looking out over the pool area to watch the childern. For the intimate evenings around the pool a new outdoor fireplace patio was created to extend those hours spent with friends and family late into the night. The fireplace features clay brick veneers, with custom cut kasota limestone. It is a breath taking atomosphere.
