This is the entry pathway from the driveway/garage to the side of the sunroom. This pathway and landing is made with large Pennsylvania blue stone slabs that have been cut to fit close together.

This outdoor remodel consists of a full front yard and backyard re-design. A Small, private paver patio was built off the master bedroom, boasting an elegant fire pit and exquisite views of those West Coast sunsets. In the front courtyard, a paver walkway and patio was built in - perfect for alfresco dining or lounging with loved ones. The front of the home features a new landscape design and LED lighting, creating an elegant look and adding plenty of curb appeal

This is a modern take on a classic garden. The paving was designed with precision and then softened with lush planting. Two distinct spaces, a dining area and lounging spot, are delineated with herringbone pavers and linked by a flagstone walk. The walk takes the edge of the design’s geometry and avoids a sense of monotony that might result from repetition of the larger spaces’ paving pattern. Star jasmine and climbing roses soften the walls bordering the space, and citrus trees and herbs fill and spill over the planting beds.

The steppers provide more access between the yard and the patio, through the planting bed's perennials.

A slightly raised patio using retaining wall units is the low-maintenance beautiful alternative to a wooden deck. Willow Creek Slatestone pavers are a beautiful patio surface for any home, from classic to contemporary.

Our client wanted a nice, tranquil, and easy to maintain new backyard space to replace the cluttered and overgrown space that they inherited when they purchased their new home. They had some major drainage issues from a "hole" under the old deck and the previous owners had built the deck right over the egress window well from the basement, which is not to code. We demo'd the old yard, ensured proper drainage with a survey, and built an easy to maintain solid paver surface for lots of sitting options and a future spa. We ran 220v power for the spa as well as had an egress cover made for the window well so now it is safe for occupants as well as for kids or pets so they don't fall in. What a transformation!!
