This gorgeous modern farmhouse features hardie board board and batten siding with stunning black framed Pella windows. The soffit lighting accents each gable perfectly and creates the perfect farmhouse.

Balancing modern architectural elements with traditional Edwardian features was a key component of the complete renovation of this San Francisco residence. All new finishes were selected to brighten and enliven the spaces, and the home was filled with a mix of furnishings that convey a modern twist on traditional elements. The re-imagined layout of the home supports activities that range from a cozy family game night to al fresco entertaining. The team has successfully installed a split-type cooling unit RM4600 from US Cellar Systems. Despite the bulky size, the only visible part of the cooling unit is the vent from the soffit in the wine cellar. Sited on a forested hillside overlooking the city and Lake, this Northwest style craftsman mountain home has a matching detached Garage with apartment above. Natural landscaping and stamped concrete patios provide nice outdoor living spaces. Cedar siding is complemented by rusted corrugated wainscot and roofing , which help protect the exterior from harsh North Idaho winters. Native materials, timber accents and exposed rafters add to the rustic charm and curb appeal.
