So many storage solutions are either functional -OR- visually appealing but rarely both. Organized Living products, especially freedomRail, is highly functional AND beautiful - and the cost is reasonable. The modular design is infinitely adjustable to adapt to your life as your needs change, and it comes in a variety of solid and wood grain colors to fit any decor. I discovered freedomRail in 2018 when I was staying with a friend in a luxury high-rise in Austin, TX. A year later, I installed it throughout the new townhouse I purchased, and again in 2024 when I moved to a condo. In fact, I love their products so much that when I finished renovating that condo in 2025, I decided to become a dealer and started a unique nonprofit business centered around freedomRail. I was very surprised that their rating wasn't higher, but it looks like the complaints are around customer service with new build projects. I can't speak to that experience, as I haven't purchased through a builder. My builder only offered the standard builder-grade shelving, so I asked him not to install shelves anywhere in the townhouse. Using the freedomRail design software on the Organized Living website, I designed all 3 storage areas, placed the orders, and installed it myself. I must say that customer service has been outstanding for me - both as a direct consumer purchasing from their website and since I became a dealer purchasing for my customers.

They help you organize only when they actually read the order to install the right stuff - which they did not do for us. We are moving into a new build and they went on auto-pilot instead of looking at the order. They don’t even have the pieces for us. We’ll be lucky if it’s corrected in the next week - we close on the house tomorrow and they were supposed to be done. Now we have to reschedule and deal with the pulling out and replacing - on our fresh paint. Not at all happy! I hope it’s worth the frustration.

Placed an order that was to be shipped last week. Both are still pending -- no information -- no way to address the situation. Poor support - and unable to ship orders. I would appreciate an update on the status and maybe we can look at the stars, but at the moment, I would avoid this seller. As a professional organizer and mom, there are 3 main features that I consider when using any product: 1. functionality 2. style 3. cost Organized Living exceeds expectation in all 3 areas. Additionally, they have phenomenal customer service which makes them a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them!
