This client in the South Bay wanted to beautify their home, boost curb appeal, and conserve water by replacing their front lawn with drought tolerant landscaping. The landscape that we designed andn installed qualified for a rebate through the Santa Clara Valley Water District Landscape Rebate Program. "This program is designed to encourage residents and businesses to convert approved high-water use landscape, such as lawns and pools, to low-water use landscape, as well as to retrofit existing irrigation equipment with approved high-efficiency irrigation equipment."

This modern farmhouse, designed by Robert Luchetti Associates, features hardwood trim harvested from the site, exposed fir beams, and soaring ceilings flooded in natural light. This energy efficient home conserves water, utilizes non-toxic, renewable materials, and harnesses solar energy. A beautiful example of sustainable living, this home achieved a Bronze certification in the North Carolina HealthyBuilt Homes Program.

High up on a bluff overlooking Wellfleet Harbor and the Cape Cod National Seashore we designed the clients program to include – swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and bar area, multiple fire features, outdoor shower, and a relaxing lounge area protected from the elements. We were responsible for strategically navigating through a complex permitting process including conservation. We also had the pleasure of working with a dynamite team of subcontractors for the electrical, lighting and pool installation.
