This client in the South Bay wanted to beautify their home, boost curb appeal, and conserve water by replacing their front lawn with drought tolerant landscaping. The landscape that we designed andn installed qualified for a rebate through the Santa Clara Valley Water District Landscape Rebate Program. "This program is designed to encourage residents and businesses to convert approved high-water use landscape, such as lawns and pools, to low-water use landscape, as well as to retrofit existing irrigation equipment with approved high-efficiency irrigation equipment."

Community gardens were designed and built into residential neighborhoods to encourage sustainable communities and remove urban blight. In this case, an existing garden was renovated and new installations were built to compliment it.

The project was partially funded through Arlington County's StormwaterWise Landscapes Program. EDS provided the design and installation of a Conservation Landscape for this client. The client received the maximum reimbursement the County program offered.
