The originality and workmanship of its legs are the outstanding features of the Riddled table, which incorporates the notion of porosity found in multiple architecture works by Steven Holl. The thin sheets of wood, folded through laser engraving, make this project even more spectacular in its apparent defiance of the laws of physics. These two legs, akin to origami sculptures, allow the passage of the internal light to create a myriad of lights and shadows.

- PLYWOOD CHANDELIER.
Creativity and innovation come together in a luminous sculpture constructed with a 2-mm wooden material, laser etched, and folded in an origami-like fashion, thanks to a complex technological process patented by Horm. The LED light, passing through the structure holes, creates unique plays of shadows that allow Steven Holl to offer the same emotion his architecture conveys albeit at a different scale.

DESIGN PROJECT INCBased on her client's vision and inspiration of the intricate linear design and flowing curves of the Art Nouveau period, Design Project was able to design a one of a kind home theatre. The theatre surround and firplace mantle are hand carved from walnut and the surround has a french ash burl inset. All of the lighting, furniture and textiles have also been custom designed to work in harmony specific to the principles of Art Nouveau. You can see details of this project in "Design Details".
Cordeiro Construction, IncIn Wynnewood, PA, we completed a comprehensive home renovation that transformed the entire property. Our services included installing a brand new kitchen with modern cabinets, countertops, and appliances, creating a functional and stylish culinary space. New flooring was laid throughout the home, updating it with durable and attractive materials. A new deck was built to enhance outdoor living and entertainment opportunities. Bathrooms were completely renovated with new fixtures and updated designs, improving both functionality and aesthetics. The entire interior received a fresh coat of paint, revitalizing the home's appearance. We also installed new stairs for improved accessibility and safety. Additionally, the basement was finished to provide additional living space, completing the transformation of this Wynnewood home into a modern and comfortable living environment.

Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncThe kitchen was completely gutted, separating wall between the dining area and the kitchen was removed for a more open space concept. additional windows were opened in the exterior wall to allow great natural light to penetrate in and to add some great views of the backyard pool area.
a small bar sitting area was incorporated into the cabinets area with a stone countertop waterfall finish.
All the large ticket items (fridge, oven, and pantries) were relocated to a single wall at the far end of the kitchen. (A useless old furnace closet was demolished to allow a straight wall to be built).
The gold fixtures are a great contrast to the clean white cabinets and countertop stone.
ARNOLD Masonry & LandscapeA fun, custom and unique creation we designed and constructed which incorporates many facets to your outdoor living experience! With symmetry in mind we still wanted to bring forth a "softness" to this ensemble. Soft arches and curves combined with a balanced layout and symmetrically cut stone. We used one of our favorite types of stone for the facade- an Oklahoma thick flagstone called "Ozark". We installed this in a dry stack pattern for all vertical surfaces other than the sides of the chimney and pizza oven where we used a buff colored mortar to create a shadow joint. A thick Pennsylvania Bluestone was used for the counter top. The intricate "thin flag feather" insets and backsplash is a Tennessee thin flgastone veneer called "Crab Orchard ( gray). This was painstakingly cut and installed piece by piece in a dry stack pattern. Extremely time consuming but gorgeous! The chimney sits app. 12' tall and the pizza oven sits app. 9' tall. Plenty of room in between for the Green Egg, sink, refrigerator, grill and cabinets. Low voltage night lighting was also incorporated into the backsplash as well as surrounding landscape. We also recommend a clean burning wood for pizza ovens. This one is stocked with European White Birch.
These photos do not do this project justice, yet due to the season we will be posting better ones come summer time. Copper planters will also be placed on top of the 16" wide backsplash cap.
