Upper Valley Estate Curb Appeal – El Paso, Texas
This curb appeal transformation was conceived as a deliberate sequence—an arrival experience where architecture, landscape, and lighting work together as one. Every element was designed to honor the home’s stone construction, turreted forms, and Old World character while responding precisely to the Upper Valley climate and lifestyle.
By day, the experience is grounded and composed. Brick-edged concrete drives establish order and permanence, guiding movement through the property with clarity and intention. Natural stone walls and columns anchor the architecture, while layered gravel beds, drought-tolerant plantings, and manicured turf soften transitions and connect the home to its desert setting. Mature trees were preserved and carefully integrated, providing scale, shade, and a sense of continuity.
As afternoon shifts toward sunset, the materials begin to speak differently. Stone warms, textures deepen, and sightlines subtly draw the eye toward the front entry. The landscape narrows the focus, creating a moment of pause before arrival—calm, quiet, and refined.
At night, the design reveals its final layer. Low-voltage lighting is integrated with precision, washing stone surfaces, tracing architectural curves, and uplighting specimen trees to create depth without glare. The drive, walkways, and entry feel safe, legible, and inviting, while the home itself glows with a restrained elegance. Coming home after dark feels intentional—protected, welcoming, and unmistakably yours.
What was created is more than curb appeal. It is a cohesive design-build solution where nothing is ornamental without purpose and nothing is built without intention. A daily experience of arrival that reflects craftsmanship, care, and the enduring character of the Upper Valley.

A true gathering space, this kitchen island was designed with intention—ample seating for conversation, homework, or Sunday pancakes. The flow between cabinetry, range, and prep zones supports function while exuding warmth with navy finishes, white quartz, and brass accents.

Starting with a loft residence that was originally a church, the home presented an architectural design challenge. The new construction was out of balance and sterile in comparison. The intent of the design was to honor and compliment the existing millwork, plaster walls, and large stained glass windows. Timeless furnishings, custom cabinetry, colorful accents, art and lighting provide the finishing touches, leaving the client thrilled with the results. This design is now worthy of its character.

Zoning regulations imposed a major constraint: demolishing the original structure would have drastically reduced the allowable square footage for new construction. As a result, the design was developed entirely within the existing foundation. What could have been a limitation became a catalyst for innovation. The new structure was intentionally secondary to the main house, maintaining a clear hierarchy while expanding spatial and functional possibilities. The lots are now joined and the driveway services both structures

We create fully realized, high-end environments that feel as intentional as they are elevated. Every project is thoughtfully designed, sourced, and executed using real materials, curated furnishings, and a deep understanding of space, scale, and lifestyle. Our work goes beyond aesthetics—each space is tailored to reflect the client’s identity while delivering a seamless balance of beauty, function, and sophistication. With a strong foundation in both design and construction, we manage every detail from concept to completion, ensuring a refined, cohesive result that feels effortless, distinctive, and truly one of a kind.

The Bruceton Mills Home is a one bedroom residence located in the middle of a wooded 27 acre space that has multiple ponds, sandstone outcroppings, and wildlife. The design goal was to connect the client with the earth and the natural environment with the intent of being self sustaining. The development of the idea became a series of planes that shift in length and hight from the earth creating an intimate connection between client and earth. Through these planes; subtractions provide viewing spots to experience the passage of time, the planes act as blank canvases for light, shad and shadow, and they provide an honorable material that will be appreciated for generations to come.

Custom cabinetry utilizes every inch of space in this petite kitchen. The neutral tones in the Swiss coffee cabinets sets the stage for the decorative navy blue tile backsplash. This incredible L-shaped kitchen appears anything but tiny, with full size appliances and tall functional fridge pantry, proves that, with intentional design, a small living space can appear luxurious and chic.

Designer Elizabeth envisioned a custom mirror, creating an intentional window and mirror relationship to contribute to the spacious feeling of this Bath despite it’s size. We installed the thin single hung windows, and then replicated the finished heights of the windows for the mirror height and fabricated the mirror width to fit perfectly between the two windows. The mirror frame and window casings were built to align perfectly with each other.
