By moving the sofa in front of the fireplace, the room opens up and the new configuration allows for easy television viewing. The client doesn't use her fireplace so moving the sofa in front of it was not a problem and opened up more possibilities. The smaller chairs are shifted to the side wall for a small seating conversation area.

Although it may seem counter intuitive to have moved the entire living room furniture arrangement on an angle, it feels like a more intimate and conversational. We began by removing the patchwork of “updates” that left a confusing pastiche. At the front of the house, we removed a late addition window and veneer stonework. Starting over now with a clean slate, we chose a color palette of rich charcoal and warm coral-orange. Over the new smooth stucco finish, we built two custom vertical screens with natural cedar to break up the expanse of the front walls and replaced the dated garage door with a stunning cedar door. New concrete planters hold an exotic collection of cactii at the entrance.

This modern farmhouse kitchen features traditional cabinetry with a dry bar and extra counter space for entertaining. The open shelving creates the perfect display for farmhouse-style kitchen decor. Copper accents pop against the white tile backsplash and faux greenery.

A unique take on a modern Floridian style kitchen with a punch of color. The handmade green glass tiles by Trend Group were the driving force in this remodel. We were required to keep the sink and dishwasher in their original location. But we moved the stove from the left of the refrigerator, to the newly expanded island creating an oversized workspace. The clients love to socialize and by moving the stove, allowed for conversations to not be strained when someone is cooking. Our clients originally only fit 2 bar stools at the island. But once we doubled it in size, we were able to fit 4 bar stools and centralize the conversation area in this open concept design. The Cambria Annicca countertop is the piece de resistance adding a lot of flare o the space with its purple and gold detailing, complimenting the green backsplash. ARS fabricators hit a home run with the outstanding job they did on the gorgeous waterfall sides. Besides the kitchen, we also replaced all of the flooring throughout the home.

A nice lady, moving from the city, came to us asking to redesign her condo kitchen before she moved in. The small space lacked drama, was low on storage and just didn't feel like home to her. So we found cabinets she loved in both white and dark cherry, removed a wall, and added drawers, a lazy susan and a shallow pantry for storage. An integrated Sub-Zero hides the bulk of the fridge and the copper worked hood adds personality. And, of course, the show stopping blue walls of drama! An unused formal dining room is converted into a warm, cozy hearth room. The fireplace was clad in real stacked ledgestone with a hand-hewn rustic beam mantle. There is no hearth to accommodate both the small size of the room, and to add a bit of a modern touch. Storage flanks the fireplace in the form of white painted cabinetry with stained wood tops, and rustic frameless shelving with recessed LED lighting on dimmers. The ceiling was painted a dark beige, adding to the drama and height of the room. The clients' navy sofa was paired with skirted swivel rockers in a modern patterned fabric. A natural-fiber geometric rug anchors the conversation area. Two raw teak C-tables can move throughout the space. A rustic wood and iron console table faces the foyer. We used one of our modular cabinetry designs to accommodate his changing needs, making it the perfect solution as he navigated a recent life change. Additionally, if he decides to move, he can take the cabinetry with him to use in his new space, making this solution very versatile and cost-effective over the long term.

Here you can see we match paint and texture perfectly as we only painted the we closed off and partial paint around the window. we also had to move outlets to adjust for the new studs we put to enclose the loft to a bedroom
