DemNET Technologies was brought in to remove and recycle old, outdated wiring, and re-wire this home with modern, high speed cable. DemNET also installed a structured wiring center and telecom rack, ran new wires to the outdoor service boxes, installed a HDTV antenna in the attic, and installed 7.1 surround sound in the family room, with a Zone 2 setup in the basement. This outdated master bathroom had a layout that did not work for the homeowners. There was a very large garden tub, which was never used, a small neo-angle shower and a toilet that sat in the middle of the room. We provided them with a much larger shower, a second vanity and we were able to give them a bit more privacy. The slightly textured stacked tile, marble accents and gorgeous white vanities with gray quartz tops provide a beautiful face-lift to a once dark and dreary master bathroom.

At the Levitt's we put several of our stainless steel systems in place. One staircase has our 1/2" Horizontal Round Bar with blind holders at the newel post. Another features our side mounted square posts and glass clamp system. Finally, for the balcony we have our flat mounted square post glass system. I think you’ll agree, it all looks fantastic.

This Cleveland West side remodel in Rocky River includes the basement home bar, master bathroom and bedroom, and the kitchen. The basement bar is fully equipped with a wine cooler, sink, granite countertops, and a custom built wine rack. The master bathroom has a beautiful double slate tile shower with a pebble stone base. The heated light hardwood floors are a great accent to the dark hardwood cabinets and granite countertop. The master bedroom has been finished with hardwood floors and new closet shelving. What was once an enclosed kitchen has been transformed in to a beautiful, open space. A wall has been removed, allowing for an open galley style kitchen at the heart of the first floor.
