The window seemed small until we hung drapes on the outside of the frame, once we did so, the window felt larger and the room felt wider. It's amazing how it tricks the eye if window treatments are hung in the correct spot.

Table and side chairs belonged to his mother. We needed a host and hostess chair to be in the correct scale to the small side chairs. Perfect skirted chairs did the trick. Draperies are swags with side panels tied back with tassel fringe on the leading edge and on bottom of swags.
