This home built in the 1970s in Marietta, GA is no longer weathered and outdated! Our team replaced the old siding, gutters, and roof, stained the deck, and painted the exterior. The home even used to have damaged roof shingles on the upper portion of the exterior, but now has James Hardie siding! A few of the products used on the home include: James Hardie HardiePlank Lap Siding, James Hardie Shingle siding, and GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural Shingles.

A mid-century modern kitchen typically features clean lines, sleek surfaces, and a minimalist approach to design. The color scheme is often muted, focusing on natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal. Cabinets are usually flat-panel and made of wood or laminate, with simple hardware. Countertops are often made of quartz, granite, or marble; flooring is typically hardwood or tile. Large windows are also standard in mid-century modern kitchens, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the space. Overall, the design is functional, understated, and timeless.

A sculptural staircase by Studio 1820, a boutique interior design studio in NYC. A soft geometric-patterned carpet wraps each tread, adding warmth and quiet underfoot, while a recessed linear LED strip runs the length of the stair wall and washes the steps in a low, even glow. A textured wall covering wallpaper above catches the light and shadow, turning a simple passage between floors into a striking architectural moment in this Manhattan home.

Seta was coined with the desire to experiment and the intention of astounding the end users as they observe and touch it. Its name is due to a thread which is repeated on all the surfaces, to produce the perception of scratches on plain-coloured slabs. The concept is very similar to that of the Collection line, but in this case the material involvement is different.
