Small backyard with lots of potential. We created the perfect space adding visual interest from inside the house to outside of it. We added a BBQ Island with Grill, sink, and plenty of counter space. BBQ Island was cover with stone veneer stone with a concrete counter top. Opposite side we match the veneer stone and concrete cap on a newly Outdoor fireplace. far side we added some post with bright colors and drought tolerant material and a special touch for the little girl in the family, since we did not wanted to forget about anyone. The homeowners desired an outdoor space that felt more rustic than their refined interior spaces, but still related architecturally to their house. Cement plaster support arbor columns provide enough of visual tie to the existing house exterior. Oversized wood beams and rafter members provide a unique outdoor atmosphere. Structural bolts and hardware were minimized for a cleaner appearance. Structural connections and supports were engineered to meet California's stringent earthquake standards.

This couple purchased a second home as a respite from city living. Living primarily in downtown Chicago the couple desired a place to connect with nature. The home is located on 80 acres and is situated far back on a wooded lot with a pond, pool and a detached rec room. The home includes four bedrooms and one bunkroom along with five full baths.
The home was stripped down to the studs, a total gut. Linc modified the exterior and created a modern look by removing the balconies on the exterior, removing the roof overhang, adding vertical siding and painting the structure black. The garage was converted into a detached rec room and a new pool was added complete with outdoor shower, concrete pavers, ipe wood wall and a limestone surround.
The outdoor area featured a new deck of ipe wood with metal railings. The lounge chairs are from Frontgate, the able on deck is Design Within Reach, Dining Chairs and Pool Chairs are from Blu Dot. The new pool features a stone surround of Unilock XL pavers in an Opal color.

Clopay Canyon Ridge Collection Limited Edition Series faux wood carriage house garage doors add rustic elegance to this newly constructed home. Molded from pieces of real wood to for a realistic grain pattern and texture, these durable low-maintenance energy efficient overhead doors won’t rot, warp, or crack and can be painted or stained. Won't rot, warp, crack or shrink. Doors shown feature Pecky Cypress cladding with Clear Cypress composite overlays.

A great way to brighten up a bedroom is with painted nightstands. In this case, we wanted to maintain a calming environment with neutral wall colors and bedding.
