This laundry has the same stone flooring as the mudroom connecting the two spaces visually. While the wallpaper and matching fabric also tie into the mudroom area. Raised washer and dryer make use easy breezy. A Kohler sink with pull down faucet from Newport brass make doing laundry a fun task.

Our Indiana design studio gave this Centerville Farmhouse an urban-modern design language with a clean, streamlined look that exudes timeless, casual sophistication with industrial elements and a monochromatic palette. Carriage doors open to reveal a wealth of extra space in the garage, including an area custom built to accommodate a collection of bicycles hanging from the ceiling.

Inspiration for a mid-sized mid-century modern u-shaped linoleum floor and multicolored floor kitchen remodel in Santa Barbara with white cabinets, laminate countertops, white appliances, shaker cabinets, a double-bowl sink, an island and white countertops

The master suite features a colorful bedroom with playful graphic designs on the bedspread and wall paper. Next to the bedroom is the master on-suite bathroom. Scavolini suspended bath cabinetry is a organic medium brown textured melamin (copied in the two jack & jill bathrooms also pictured). The room is centered around a stand alone white porcelain tub with chrome faucet. Jack & Jill bathrooms are almost identical, using the same 'warm' textured melamine in the cabinets from Scavolini. Each bathroom has its own identity in the small upper medicine cabinet, one in sage green and the other in turquoise blue matte lacquer. Martin Vecchio

Custom steel shelves are cantilevered from a grey lacquered millwork wall. All of the computer peripherals are stored inside the white oak cabinets. A cable management system and integrated power inside the cabinet and on the desk top keep the surfaces clear or clutter.
