New York, NY In the Carnegie Hill, Landmark District, this 1890 multifamily townhouse renovation completed the ground floor, parlor floor and second floor. The three floors were gutted. The ground floor and the parlor floor were combined as a 2,400 sq. feet duplex. The second floor, two bedroom, two bath, was completely renovated into a 1,200 sq. foot floor through. Each dwelling unit received individual heating and central air conditioning. The existing historic details were researched and restored where possible, or replaced.
