This garage entry door is a Therma-Tru Smooth-Star fiberglass 2 - light entry door (S296). The threshold is a bronzed colored dark cap aluminum, and the lockset/deadbolt is Schlage satin nickel. The exterior casing is PVC. The door color is Benjamin Moore Essex Green.

This house already had columns that supported the overhanging roof line. We installed 4 track windows and gables in between the columns and house. The vinyl windows are tinted a smoked grey and looks great with the black lines of the frame. 2 doors were installed each with lockset and deadbolts. When installing more then one door on the same project the doors are keyed the same. The customer can now sit outside, raise or lower any of the window panels to control the amount of breeze they want to feel while confident that the screens will keep them bug free. This kitchen door is a 9 light with 2 raised panels (S262) Therma-Tru Smooth Star fiberglass entry door. The grilles are GBG or (grids between the glass) contoured white. The threshold is bronze colored dark cap aluminum. The casing is PVC brick mold, and the lock/deadbolt is an Ardwolf A1 fingerprint keypad lock.

The "after picture" of the replaced bulkhead door at the base of the stairs. It is Therma-Tru Smooth Star brand fiberglass door (S210). The lock/deadbolt is a Schlage lever style in satin nickel. I added the brackets and 2" x 6" brace as extra security.

The side entry door has a custom lock rail at the bottom lite, adding a decorative flair, custom tubular entry handlesets were used. The front door was also a custom design and utilized alternative hardware of a deadbolt and door pulls. All door hardware is brass. The windows are all wood casements that were factory primed, field painted.

AFTER SCREENS INSTALLED We worked with the client to come up with the a traditional cross design for the lower panels. We replaced all the posts and wood column wraps with anchored posts and pvc column wraps, with all pvc trims, railings and screen frame boxes. We designed around the client desire for large screens but also the stock-sizes of the the tuff-screen we'd be using. We installed dead-bolt lockable glass/metal doors. We then primed and painted with lifetime paint and installed framed screens that can be easily replaced in the future.
