How do you transform your front entry? This door and two sidelite installation replaced a smooth steel entry door and two sidelites with a textured woodgrain steel entry door in a mahogany stain finish. The before and after photos are quite striking! Some key details... ✅ The new jamb is clad in brown to match the woodgrain stain ✅ The old threshold was a mill finish which was replaced with a bronze threshold to match the woodgrain ✅ The lockset is a wireless, smart deadbolt with code access and app connectivity! It has built-in alarm technology, highest industry ratings for residential security, durability and finish, and can schedule access codes for guests so they only enter when you want! ✅ The aged bronze lock finish matches the threshold and compliments both the woodgrain finish and decorative glass Someone's curb appeal just went through the roof!

The homeowners had an enclosed entry courtyard, and used the Moda Stainless Steel Contemporary Gate Latch. They added a stainless steel deadbolt for security as it was an entry courtyard. The homeowners included some privacy glass in the doors to allow light through and to provide a sense of welcoming to guests. The gates were made of sapele. Because the double doors were the showpiece of the courtyard entry, the homeowners chose a different latch and lock for their side yard gate. AFTER SCREENS INSTALLED We worked with the client to come up with the a traditional cross design for the lower panels. We replaced all the posts and wood column wraps with anchored posts and pvc column wraps, with all pvc trims, railings and screen frame boxes. We designed around the client desire for large screens but also the stock-sizes of the the tuff-screen we'd be using. We installed dead-bolt lockable glass/metal doors. We then primed and painted with lifetime paint and installed framed screens that can be easily replaced in the future.

This kitchen door is a 9 light with 2 raised panels (S262) Therma-Tru Smooth Star fiberglass entry door. The grilles are GBG or (grids between the glass) contoured white. The threshold is bronze colored dark cap aluminum. The casing is PVC brick mold, and the lock/deadbolt is an Ardwolf A1 fingerprint keypad lock.
