To revitalize the bathrooms, we embraced a bold yet minimalistic design approach. The key to this transformation was the use of concrete-effect tiles, which brought a unique texture and an industrial aesthetic to the space. The subtle gray tones of the tile contrasted with the clean lines of the fixtures, creating a minimalist vibe that still felt rich in character.
To distinguish the two bathrooms, we played with tile layout. Both bathrooms share a standout feature: a navy blue subway tile accent wall. This design element adds a striking contrast, deepening the visual impact of each room.

The kitchen is centered around honeycomb chandeliers with stacked golden loops overhanging the island; they bring the room together with a grand, artistic design.
Silver-gold kitchen hardware and golden inlays cuts a fine contrast against a pure white colour scheme. Fine beige soft sandy-white floors ground bring a sense of earthiness to the kitchen. Slim wine cabinets let you store plenty of your favourite wine close at hand. A curvy arc over the stove deepens the kitchen’s aesthetic mood.

This older craftsman home had so many charming period details that demanded the respect of the new design, and we feel like our team pulled it off beautifully. The colors and textures were a collaboration between the homeowner and designer Ashley Neff, while the form and function of the space were designed by Allen's Fine Woodworking. The cherry wood looks beautiful today but will only deepen with age, adding to the already rich history of this house. Double-stacked cabinetry serves as a seemingly endless source of storage for pantry items.

Soapstone Black is a unique, non-porous, and non-reactive natural stone that resembles luxurious black marble but will never etch or stain. Finished with a soft honed surface, it deepens in color with wax or mineral oil, enhancing its elegant white veining. A durable and timeless choice for distinctive designs.

For the all-new bar, my team and I deepened all the wood finishes to a rich walnut. Other custom touches include stone accent walls and decorative window treatments that add pattern while reducing noise and respecting the views. We also updated the lighting to provide warm, even illumination throughout the space. Members also appreciate the conversation-friendly mix of upholstered chairs, swivel bar stools and high-top stools. Comfort was key, so all of the stools have chair backs and are upholstered.

Flamenco Racing Green glossy tile envelops the shower in a rich, mossy hue — its subtle surface variation giving the space an organic depth that deepens as the light shifts. The Archer soaking tub in white anchors the surround with clean contrast, its crisp silhouette balancing the intensity of the surrounding tile. Crisp floor detailing and dark grout keep the palette grounded, reinforcing the interplay of light and shadow that defines the room's character.
