Double showers are the main feature in this expansive master bathroom. The original shower included double showers but was closed off with 2 waist height walls of tile. Taking down the walls, squaring up the design and installing a full-length glass enclosure, creates more space visually and opens up the shower to more light.
Delta fixtures in Venetian Bronze finish are installed throughout. A spacious bench was installed for added comfort and double hand showers make showering a luxurious experience. 6"x6" porcelain Barcelona Collection tiles add a design element inside the upper portion of the shower walls and in the wall niche.
Liking the look of wood but not caring for the maintenance that real wood requires, these homeowner's opted to have 8"x48" Scrapwood Wind porcelain tiles installed instead. New Waypoint vanities in Cherry Slate finish and Sienna Bordeaux Granit tops provide a rich component in the room and are accessorized with Jeffrey Alexander Regency pulls that have a delicate antique brushed satin brass design.
An added key feature in this master bathroom is a newly installed door that conveniently leads out to their beautiful back yard pool just a few steps away.

Modern Bedroom Set Swan by Up Huppe
Made in Canada
The Swan Bedroom by Huppe is manufactured in specially selected American walnut veneer as well as solid American walnut. The Swam bedroom collection is a part of Huppé’s up line. It is recognized by the majestic profile of its headboard, composed of three distinct sections supported by angular metal parts. The bed is available with wooden slats platform or a wooden panels platform on which a mattress can be used without a box spring. Optionally, the set also offers a dresser, chest and nightstands to give the bed a comfortable storage system. The backs of the headboard and night tables are completely finished, allowing for furniture placement in the center of a room. The drawer interiors are made of Russian birch treated and stained like the furniture and coated with a silky finish that protects the most delicate clothing. coastal bathroom with blues and greens and a clean white vanity gives an airy feel to this space. We used a medicine cabinet arched mirror to add character and some small delicate art selections for a pop of colour. The tiles are texted tone on tone. The floors are a ceramic marble.

This kitchen is a study in contrast, from the long, sleek island, to the warm and dramatic marble backsplash. At the heart of this kitchen lies the awe-inspiring 14-foot island, complete with custom cabinetry and a white quartz top. Soft matte black wall cabinets adorned with nickel hardware are given character with the addition of diamond mullions and antique glass. This play in contrast against the creamy cabinets sets the stage for an ambiance that is simultaneously striking and timeless.
One of my favorite elements is the soft yet dramatic pattern of the natural marble backsplash. HInt: We used the more delicate marble on the backsplash, and quartz on the counters for durability. We selected rope swivel chairs for the island, adding an organic touch.
As we move into the separate bar area, the homeowners can embrace their inner mixologists, thanks to a dedicated ice machine and fridge.
But wait, there's more! A hidden walk-in pantry reveals itself. Tucked away behind the door, this treasure trove of storage space keeps everything organized and allows the kitchen to maintain its clean and uncluttered appearance.

This award-winning project was originally a two-storey house that was transformed into a three-storey home. The house was stripped back to the studs and resigned from the ground up. The open-concept main floor is both inviting and spacious. Bespoke banquet seating brings charm and allure to the dining room, while a custom, high-end chef's kitchen provides the 'wow' factor with grace and sophistication. The living room showcases delicate, hand-crafted cabinetry, enhancing the home's sense of luxury and comfort. Playful and elegant bathrooms and bedrooms adorn this house, which also features a steam shower. The 'pièce de résistance' is the principal bedroom and ensuite created with spa-like serenity and comfort in mind. Made-to-order cabinetry, beautiful hand-painted fixtures and finishes, and a rooftop deck that features a hot tub make this house a true gem.

This kitchen, all in white, conveys a sense of timeless elegance, homely warmth and perfect craftsmanship. The focus is on the finely structured wood which is used in a number of different ways: as a delicate solid wood edge, in the varied interior fittings and as a top quality wall panel which acts as a flowing transition to the living area.

This impressive custom kitchen features delicately designed cabinet doors with mirrored mullion inserts, furniture toe kick, pilasters and a custom hood with corbels, decorative molding throughout the house. Beautiful granite countertop and matching backsplash add to the luxurious feeling of the space.

Words by Wilson Hack
The best architecture allows what has come before it to be seen and cared for while at the same time injecting something new, if not idealistic. Spartan at first glance, the interior of this stately apartment building, located on the iconic Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona, quickly begins to unfold as a calculated series of textures, visual artifacts and perfected aesthetic continuities.
The client, a globe-trotting entrepreneur, selected Jeanne Schultz Design Studio for the remodel and requested that the space be reconditioned into a purposeful and peaceful landing pad. It was to be furnished simply using natural and sustainable materials. Schultz began by gently peeling back before adding only the essentials, resulting in a harmoniously restorative living space where darkness and light coexist and comfort reigns.
The design was initially guided by the fireplace—from there a subtle injection of matching color extends up into the thick tiered molding and ceiling trim. “The most reckless patterns live here,” remarks Schultz, referring to the checkered green and white tiles, pink-Pollack-y stone and cast iron detailing. The millwork and warm wood wall panels devour the remainder of the living room, eliminating the need for unnecessary artwork.
A curved living room chair by Kave Home punctuates playfully; its shape reveals its pleasant conformity to the human body and sits back, inviting rest and respite. “It’s good for all body types and sizes,” explains Schultz. The single sofa by Dareels is purposefully oversized, casual and inviting. A beige cover was added to soften the otherwise rectilinear edges. Additionally sourced from Dareels, a small yet centrally located side table anchors the space with its dark black wood texture, its visual weight on par with the larger pieces. The black bulbous free standing lamp converses directly with the antique chandelier above. Composed of individual black leather strips, it is seemingly harsh—yet its soft form is reminiscent of a spring tulip.
The continuation of the color palette slips softly into the dining room where velvety green chairs sit delicately on a cascade array of pointed legs. The doors that lead out to the patio were sanded down and treated so that the original shape and form could be retained. Although the same green paint was used throughout, this set of doors speaks in darker tones alongside the acute and penetrating daylight. A few different shades of white paint were used throughout the space to add additional depth and embellish this shadowy texture.
Specialty lights were added into the space to complement the existing overhead lighting. A wall sconce was added in the living room and extra lighting was placed in the kitchen. However, because of the existing barrel vaulted tile ceiling, sconces were placed on the walls rather than above to avoid penetrating the existing architecture.

To add some color and contrast to the kitchen we chose two delicate light blue pendants.

This Raleigh, NC home was reimagined from the ground up — not room by room, but as a single, cohesive expression of how a family lives, gathers, and rests.
The architecture drove every decision. Custom millwork and panel molding were carried through every space, creating a visual language that connects the entry to the living room, the dining room to the primary suite. It's what makes the home feel complete — not like a collection of individually finished rooms.
In the kitchen, a full marble slab backsplash reads as one uninterrupted surface — giving the room its presence without competing with the custom white inset cabinetry and brushed nickel hardware. The dining room lives in deliberate contrast: deep-toned oak table, delicate botanical wallpaper, antique mirror. Light and organic, yet entirely considered.
The living room was designed around its connection to the outside — French doors that open directly to a substantial outdoor kitchen and entertaining space, anchored on the interior by a cast stone fireplace with an arched surround that commands the room.
The entry sets the expectation for everything that follows: a double-height foyer, geometric pendants cascading from above, large-scale original artwork, and a carved console that makes the first impression without overstating it.

Estefanie assisted with the grey wall colour choice and some finishes such as choosing indigo layers for a modern coastal space with clean lines, rich textures and family-friendly materials. The fireplace has a sleek concrete texture and a rustic feel which pairs well with the living room’s woven pieces. Combining the concrete charcoal tile on the fireplace and the delicate scales of cream coloured flower petals on the mirror achieves a wonderful contrasting effect.

"Pale eggshell with gray marbling. Delicate gray marbling seems to swirl and float effortlessly on a pristine canvas. Each subtle detail whispers beautiful music in your ear before being whisked away by the breeze, leaving you to ponder its haunting melody."

We gave our clients a fresh and modern design with a neutral and soft color palette that is enriched with warm woods, luxurious quartzite marble and delicate finishes.
