The foyer and main entry feature quartersawn red oak. All boards were 4-1/2" wide and are between 6' and 13' in length. We doubled the underlayment below so we could run the hardwood parallel to the floor joists. Curved staircase and other curved features soften the the areas presentation. The blown art glass chandelier is raised and lowered via the Aladdin lift for cleaning.

Our demonstration theater was designed,engineered and fabricated by ela as a visual and auditory reference masterpiece. Viewing the stunning 4K Sony projector with native 4K 60Hz & extended HDR video content is an eye popping experience. As the soundtrack kicks in, you are transported to another dimension! Only the meticulously crafted home theaters can replicate the directors soundtrack with visceral authority and subtle nuances. Inspiration for a rustic living room remodel in Seattle

Bathroom - transitional master beige floor, single-sink and vaulted ceiling bathroom idea in San Francisco with open cabinets, medium tone wood cabinets, beige walls, a vessel sink, marble countertops, white countertops and a floating vanity

The upper & lower patio areas play the sweet sound of music through (2) separate stereo areas. The embeded POSH speakers use a composite cabinet placed between the inner and outer course of stone. This engineered solution provides a realistic soundstage with ample volume to prompt a visit from the police during a few large gatherings. One officer asked at my front door if we had a permit for a live band. Although it plays loud, these POSH 928 speakers are exceptional musical at low volume.

Our kitchen features hand crafted quartersawn cherry cabinets with mitered frames for a European flair. The 10 ft ceiling height allows the precision recessed lighting fixtures to high-lite this rooms finest features. Above & below cabinet accent lighting improves counter tasking and accentuates to tall ceiling height. With 12 lighting circuits in this one room, the Lutron scene lighting control system is a must!

The basement offers 10' ceiling height, but coordinating with various early trades (plumbing-Electrical-HVAC) to retain this height was important. The lighting in the basement uses several different types of recessed lights to execute the plan. Its a great space to discuss numerous topics about technology and home construction.

The office was designed and engineered with a few interesting concepts. The "floating" desk that wraps around (3) walls was built and installed by myself and our team. This design creates the most functional counter space and unlimited under counter flexibility. The heavy drapery acts as an acoustical absorption material to help quiet the space.

Searching for a unique chandelier to set this house apart lead us to Ed Pennebaker of Red Fern Glass in Green Forest AR. This chandelier was commissioned to our specific size needs which were 48" tall x 38" wide. Our home is referred to locally and the "Chandelier House"

Inspiration for a mediterranean landscaping in San Luis Obispo.

Drought tolerant plants surround open space with lawn. Lawn was seeded with Water Star qualified grass seed to reduce water demand of lawn and further water reductions were achieved by using an underground drip irrigation to minimize evaporation and target water delivery to roots.

This Dining Room have several layers of lighting, The table uses small aperture recessed lighting to illuminate the table. The (4) perimeter larger aperture recessed lights add support lighting to make the room feel open and inviting. The sconces and chandelier are the rooms "lighting jewelry" and complete the presentation.
