Once dark and weighed down by orange walls, this laundry room has been completely reimagined into a light-filled, uplifting space. New custom cabinetry delivers abundant hidden storage, keeping everyday essentials beautifully organized, while a dedicated laundry sink with a natural stone backsplash brings both function and a touch of luxury. Thoughtful details like pull-out drying racks make daily tasks effortless. The result is a room that feels fresh, bright, and genuinely happy—proof that even the most utilitarian spaces can be a joy to be in.

We completely remade this luxury home’s interior by tearing everything down to its studs and rebuilding it to create soft, contemporary spaces throughout that invite and fascinate. This space was filled with heavy ornate architectural features inside and outside, including a dated chunky wooden staircase that weighed down the entire front of the home. By reformatting and replacing the fully exposed staircase and loft railing with glass, we were able to open the space and brighten the two-story living room. The oversized diamond-dropping chandelier over the entry doesn’t hurt either! The dining area appears much larger and contemporary with squared-off moldings, metallic wallpaper, unique light fixture, and bold artwork. Aluminum gates in Florida are a must due to the harsh environmental conditions. Duragates offers aluminum gate hardware for sliding gates that make cantilever gates possible. This Florida homeowner created a decorative aluminum gate with the help of The Modern Forge who is based in Mount Dora, Florida. This gate spans 24 feet and weighs approx. 300 pounds. Duragates model CGA-350.5P was used. The gate is automated making for easy access in and out of the property.

Gives your living space a unique look, with a choice of stains and finishes. Is approx. 28" wide, 38" long, and 20" tall. Weighs approx. 100 pounds. Choice of colors, including golden oak stain, red oak stain, rose wine stain, cabernet wine stain, mission oak stain, dark oak stain, and ebony, all finished with low VOC polyurethane. This automated gate was installed for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The gate has an opening of 20’ and it weighs 1,200 lbs. The gate uses the CGS-350.8P carriages and is automated using the All-O-Matic slide gate operator model SL100DC.

We made this bed using reclaimed barn beams. It weighs around 1500 lbs. The wall is clad in reclaimed barn siding. We mixed and matched the colors to create interest. The faux beams are comprised of reclaimed barn siding and cover the collar ties that hold the roof rafters in this third floor master bedroom. The reclaimed door is from an old office building and leads to the master bath.
