This piece isn't just a table; it's a statement of sophisticated taste. Measuring 42''W x 42''D x 12''H and weighing 63 lbs, it's perfectly proportioned for a variety of outdoor settings. We also selected a new dining table and chairs, coffee table, area carpets, occasional tables and chairs and artisan textiles. To top it off we ordered a custom Czech Replublic hand blown glass pendant arrangement for the dining area. Before project completion my client had an unforseen move happen. With this change we concluded the project at West Bay and moved our design focus to her new home. Months later I was excited to find out that the custom glass pendant had arrived and had been carefully installed by the electrician. It was a bittersweet moment as I wasn't able to see the job at completion, but now the project was concluded and I was so happy that the new owners could enjoy our design.

This client is a local real estate professional that works primarily from home. She wanted an office space that reflected her personal needs and interests, but still tied in with the over all design of her home. When she mentioned that her favorite color was green, we decided to give this room a transformation with soothing walls in a warm shade of green, and picked up pieces with warm, soft undertones that complemented the bold color. The credenza by Hooker Furniture really pulls the room together and grounds the back wall. The floating desk is light and airy and doesn't weigh down the room. We finished off with personal touches and a touch of sparkle in the chandelier and drapery rods.

After setting a comfortable budget, our clients weighed the different buying options in their ideal area in order to achieve the perfect living space. They ultimately purchased a property with an existing house knowing it could be transformed into exactly what they envisioned for their home. This project presented some design challenges, as the team worked to fit the footprint of the home within the constraints of two high-pressure gas line easements. Inch by inch, foot by foot, we worked together with the clients for six months in the planning stages to give them the living space they dreamed of. With the client’s great vision and style, we were able to achieve a beautiful space for them to grow and raise their family.

We completely remade this luxury home’s interior by tearing everything down to its studs and rebuilding it to create soft, contemporary spaces throughout that invite and fascinate. This space was filled with heavy ornate architectural features inside and outside, including a dated chunky wooden staircase that weighed down the entire front of the home. By reformatting and replacing the fully exposed staircase and loft railing with glass, we were able to open the space and brighten the two-story living room. The oversized diamond-dropping chandelier over the entry doesn’t hurt either! The dining area appears much larger and contemporary with squared-off moldings, metallic wallpaper, unique light fixture, and bold artwork. Bold exciting choices were made in both bathrooms when choosing tiles and slabs. These stone pieces are focal points and statement pieces garnering attention from everyone who enters. And, speaking of bold stone choices, the 10ft. book-matched porcelain slab installation in the living room is nothing less than a striking work of art. Our client gave us a 7-month deadline. No problem we love a challenge and as you can see, we delivered and on budget!

The front of this home was set back a considerable distance from the front of the garage. The lack of a front porch caused the front door to feel inaccessibly recessed, and there was no occupiable space at the front of the home. After providing many different design iterations of the front porch, and weighing the pros and cons, the clients decided upon a shed roof with a new railing system and stone/wood columns. The addition of the front porch moved the front of the home forward, minimizing the look of the garage extrusion.
