The new deck has both a set of stairs and a vertical platform lift for emergencies. The lift lowers onto a new sidewalk that goes around the house to a safe area.

The new comfort height toilet has a bidet attachment and soft close lid. The lever is toward the open side of the room. The add on ramp in the low profile shower base is seen.
