"Let There Be Light" is a complete re-imagining of a 1920's Tudor-style mansion, that garnered multiple Georgie and Ovation awards, and earned Versa Homes a trophy for Best Renovated Room of 2017. The existing estate had a dark and sombre feel. The young couple and their three children wanted a bright, liveable, kid-friendly home with modern amenities, while preserving the traditional beauty and grandeur of the house. A 3,000 square-foot unfinished basement was transformed into a wonderland of home entertainment, with a home theatre, indoor hockey rink, gymnasium, arts and crafts room, billiards room, bar and seating for dozens of guests. Felipe and the Versa team worked closely with the family to select finishes and materials that were "just right". Every room is endowed with a unique motif. The finished renovation combines classic stylings with modern chic, and rustic "New York Loft" elements, in a playful ensemble that is a true expression of the personalities in the household.

Built in 2011, this home is gorgeous. Unfortunately, sections of the home’s exterior had CertainTeed WeatherBoard siding, a budget fiber cement product that failed and was implicated in a class-action lawsuit. The siding was cracking and falling off the home after less than 10 years! The original homeowner collected money from the lawsuit settlement and needed the siding replaced to pass inspection for a pending sale of the home. Colorado Siding Repair installed James Hardie fiber cement lap siding on the entire home, as well as new James Hardie panel siding and trim on the front porch columns. We painted the whole home with Sherwin-Williams Duration paint to update the color scheme and protect the new siding. We are seasoned contractors who have helped dozens of homeowners replace failing CertainTeed siding with James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim. Call us if you’d like help replacing yours siding!

Mediterranean style is a beautiful blend of ornate detailing and rough organic stone work. It's worn and rustic while still being sumptuous and refined. The details of this bathroom remodel combine all the right elements to create a comfortable and gorgeous space. Tumbled stone mixed with scrolling cabinet details, oil-rubbed bronze mixed with the glazed cabinet finish and mottled granite in varying shades of brown are expertly mingled to create a bathroom that's truly a place to get away from the troubles of the day.
