Built in cabinets in the garage entry to act as a drop off area for shoes, jackets, as well as provide more storage for kitchen items and appliances. It also integrated the homeowners existing beverage fridges and added a double trash can pullout.

Built in cabinets in the garage entry to act as a drop off area for shoes, jackets, as well as provide more storage for kitchen items and appliances. It also integrated the homeowners existing beverage fridges and added a double trash can pullout.

New drop-off area with stone paving and seatwalls. This configuration provides an area to gather before walking out to the wedding pavilion. The seatwalls provide areas to sit, and a curbcut provides access for people of all abilities (ADA access). The photo was taken right after installation and new planting needs to fill in.

An open floor plan between the Kitchen, Dining, and Living areas is thoughtfully divided by sliding barn doors, providing both visual and acoustic separation. The rear screened porch and grilling area located off the Kitchen become the focal point for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. Custom cabinetry and millwork throughout are a testament to the talents of the builder, with the project proving how design-build relationships between builder and architect can thrive given similar design mindsets and passions for the craft of homebuilding.
