Design Services Provided - Architect was asked to convert this 1950's Split Level Style home into a Traditional Style home with a 2-story height grand entry foyer. The new design includes modern amenities such as a large 'Open Plan' kitchen, a family room, a home office, an oversized garage, spacious bedrooms with large closets, a second floor laundry room and a private master bedroom suite for the owners that includes two walk-in closets and a grand master bathroom with a vaulted ceiling. The Architect presented the new design using Professional 3D Design Software. This approach allowed the Owners to clearly understand the proposed design and secondly, it was beneficial to the Contractors who prepared Preliminary Cost Estimates. The construction duration was nine months and the project was completed in September 2015. The client is thrilled with the end results! We established a wonderful working relationship and a lifetime friendship. I am truly thankful for this opportunity to design this home and work with this client!

This was a really fun project where we were able to let the homeowners visualize what they wanted, provide design options and then build. James Hardie fiber cement siding, custom trim color, new deck build, new concrete patio with under concrete drain, new Deus Modern mailbox, new light fixtures, new house numbers and a pop of Sherwin Williams Duration 6903 Cheerful Yellow.

A true one of a kind gem in Richmonds West End. We were hired for this intricate project to highlight the magnificent architectural charm and design features/layers. A multi-dimensional home that only vibrant colors could bring out its stunning details. We're so grateful our team of experienced craftsmen were hired to perform such a transformation. The exterior of this Georgian home in Brentwood, TN needed a lot of work, so we brought in our carpenter to repair the wood damage and we did extensive prep work to make sure this home would stay fresh looking for a long time. Afterward we painted the windows, shutters, porch trim, and columns with Sherwin Williams Duration Satin Extra-White.

Care was taken to preserve the history in the home while upgrading it for the current owners. This home exceeds current energy codes, and all mechanical and electrical systems have been completely replaced. The clients remained in the home for the duration of the reno, so it was completed in two phases. Phase 1 involved gutting the basement, removing all asbestos containing materials (flooring, plaster), and replacing all mechanical and electrical systems, new spray foam insulation, and complete new finishing. The clients lived upstairs while we did the basement, and in the basement while we did the main floor. They left on a vacation while we did the asbestos work. Phase 2 involved a rock retaining wall on the rear of the property that required a lengthy approval process including municipal, fisheries, First Nations, and environmental authorities. The home had a new rear covered deck, garage, new roofline, all new interior and exterior finishing, new mechanical and electrical systems, new insulation and drywall. We provide you with all the materials necessary to do a self-install; we can do all the plumbing and electrical if requested by the client; we provide all of the blueprints and answer all of your questions throughout the duration of your project. We can provide you with guided assistance but you get to do your own install, saving you money on labor costs, but holding your hand along the way, where and when requested. Of course, we are certainly available to assist you with the actual install as well on an hourly basis. This is your project – you decide how much assistance you would like to have from us! You will receive the highest quality products and materials for your project. Take on a DIY project this summer with assistance from Park Landscaping!
