This was a full exterior rebuild due to 1 tree falling on the house and a second tree falling on the garage. The exterior features 4 different types of siding including prefinished stained siding by Woodtone, Board and Batten and Cedarmill siding by James Hardie and woodgrain siding by Cemplank. The roofing is OC Duration Designer shingles with dark bronze standing seam accents. The windows are Series 100 by Andersen and the home features an iron door.

We stripped the roof down to the sheathing, replaced any rotted wood. Installed new Owens Corning roofing system including Trudefinition Duration shingles in Estate Gray.

This Denver Area Littleton home was in desperate need of new siding. The composite wood siding was swelling and soft in many areas, with consistent edge-checking on nearly every lap. We replaced the siding, trim, soffits and fascia using James Hardie fiber cement and we installed Hardie's beaded porch panel on the porch ceiling for a timeless finished look. The homeowners had always dreamed of having a classic yellow house, so that's what we painted it! We used Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior paint for superior longevity in the Colorado elements.

The customer decided to have a complete color change from the original green walls. The upper walls were painted with a light blue color and the bottom walls with a medium toned shade of blue. Also, the customer decided not to paint the baseboards, window sill and door.
