This Denver Area home got a serious facelift when we upgraded the siding from badly aged cedar siding to James Hardie fiber cement. We installed Hardie siding and trim, as well as soffits and fascia. We then painted a contemporary color scheme with Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior paint. The finished product turned out great and the before and after comparison is night and day!

A true one of a kind gem in Richmonds West End. We were hired for this intricate project to highlight the magnificent architectural charm and design features/layers. A multi-dimensional home that only vibrant colors could bring out its stunning details. We're so grateful our team of experienced craftsmen were hired to perform such a transformation. This was a full exterior rebuild due to 1 tree falling on the house and a second tree falling on the garage. The exterior features 4 different types of siding including prefinished stained siding by Woodtone, Board and Batten and Cedarmill siding by James Hardie and woodgrain siding by Cemplank. The roofing is OC Duration Designer shingles with dark bronze standing seam accents. The windows are Series 100 by Andersen and the home features an iron door.

We replaced the siding, trim, soffits and fascia using James Hardie fiber cement and we installed Hardie's beaded porch panel on the porch ceiling for a timeless finished look. The homeowners had always dreamed of having a classic yellow house, so that's what we painted it! We used Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior paint for superior longevity in the Colorado elements.

This Longmont home had failing composite wood siding in the gables, which was a real eyesore. We ripped the old siding off and installed WoodTone Rustic Series James Hardie shake siding with the Mountain Cedar finish. We then painted the stucco with Sherwin-Williams Duration paint.

The customer decided to have a complete color change from the original green walls. The upper walls were painted with a light blue color and the bottom walls with a medium toned shade of blue. Also, the customer decided not to paint the baseboards, window sill and door.
