As detached part of this building is designed the waiting area, as alone standing structure. This Office Building is constructed by assembling of Eight used office containers that were delivered on trucks and set up after only a few hours on the basis of the LEGO principle, according to the planning on strip foundations. By removing the flexible exterior wall panels, a large room of 115 m² was created, with the counter wall as a room partition between two office spaces, each with seven workstations as well as three counters for agents on one side and a room for visitors on the other side. With this system, room solutions can be easily implemented in all dimensions. The container, seen as a geometric shape, is a simple, octagonal, solid box. The standardized perfection of its dimensions is striking: 2.44 meters wide, 2.59 meters high and 6.06 meters or 12.19 meters long. Since its introduction in 1956 by the American transport entrepreneur Malcom McLean, the container has become a standardized transport module worldwide, whether on ships, trucks or construction sites. West and East side of the wooden facade is compact and has few openings, while the southern facade is completely open with lot of glass. Its spatial openness ensures a transparent, friendly work environment, which allows a lot of light into the space. This openness allows an uninterrupted, pleasant and close-to-nature view from interior spaces into the beautiful garden. During the installation of sophisticated light sources in the garden, emphasis was not only put on functionality and security, but also on the beauty of the garden shown through the illumination in the evening. Large, horizontal white “brisole” serve as external sun protection systems, mounted on the canopies of the entrance areas of the modular construction and the enclosure, adeptly cast shade on these areas and at the same time shape the entire architectural language. While on one hand, the two quadratic ledges suspended in the air, are docked with steel stairs and match the wooden façade, lead the staff to their office space, the artful modern interior, on the other hand, perfectly unites the functionality, innovative technology, culture and positive effects on the employees' efficiency and wellbeing. A lot of white, interjected by warm wooden and colored accents, determines the ambience. In the case of the lighting solution, the mainly linear ceiling lighting is used as the overlapping design element both for the offices of the visa section as well as for the counters and the waiting area for the visitors. Here we have an absolutely beautiful bank of Four Cabinet Doors, with each Glass Panel measuring; 18-5/8" x 32-5/8". The Cabinet Glass Panels were installed in a matched set of Two " Mirrored Panels " , although we could have made the design " flow across " all four doors, that would have added to the what is now a very affordable design.... The colors used in these terrific Glass Panels were; Spectrum Glass - 152G - Ruby Red Granite for the Flowers. All the Flower Stems used Spectrum Glass - 422-1W - Deep Olive/Sea Green WaterGlass. Which is actually a pretty good representation of Real Leaves. All four Cabinet Glass Inserts used Spectrum Glass - 100SN - Clear Satin for the BackGround Glass. As you can see, it is fairly clear, with just a very slight hint of distortion. We constructed all the Cabinet Glass Inserts using our Dark Antique Patina Lead Came to pick up on the aged cabinet hardware, and the dark accents found around the cabinetry.

Paul also has a great customer website that allows you to see all the expenses, make choices, and easily communicate with him. If you are planning to do a renovation, I think it helps to plan for the worst and hope for the best. I live in a co-op and we had a couple of little glitches and Paul was always quick to resolve issues as they arose. He was extremely responsive and really cared about the work and doing a good job. I would definitely hire Paul again if I needed a contractor.

Our Client's wishlist included multiple chefs in the same space, so two islands were a must. Countertops are made by Caesarstone. TOC design - Tania Scardellato When my clients came to see me and announced their wonderful news that they were pregnant, but did not want to know the sex of the baby, I immediately decided to have the room in greys and yellows, we could always add accessories once the baby was born. This gorgeous, serene nursery for this very much Loved new baby would need to have all the necessary amenities and easily be converted into a regular bedroom. My Client had an image of elephants as the father grew up with bedtime stories of Babar. The challenged was the size of the room only 94 sq. feet. And it would have to be transformed into a regular bedroom once the child was older. I was able to find high quality , beautiful classic furniture that also serves as double duty. Once the child would be old enough the crib can transform into a queen bed, and the removable part of the changing table becomes a 6 drawer dresser. The paintable wall paper color can be changed as well as all accessories. I believe in good quality furniture that can be passed down or converted. Yes it is more expensive but in the long run, classic pieces such as these can last a life time. Created by the concept of elephant accessories and soft pastel colors. Soft texture wallpaper and loads of storage used in an elegant way, This nursery will stand the test of time from 1 month to 18 years . Why Communication is so Important..... With just a tiny bit more effort, we could have aligned the Custom Beveled Glass Cluster we made, with the horizontal line created by the Glass Shelves. Unfortunately we all got caught up a bit and did not step back to look at the overall bigger picture.... We could have easily moved the Beveled Glass Cluster up a few inches, and it would not have made a penny difference to the pricing..... Anyways... The Two Cabinet Glass Panels in this photo measure; 10- 7/16" x 30- 7/8". We Custom-Made the Clear Beveled Glass Tulip Clusters In-House, as we always do. so that they can be the Very Best Proportions to the sizes of your cabinet doors. These are not " Off The Shelf " Clusters, as they would have been just too small.... We used a fairly clear and simple Background Glass from Spectrum Glass called - 100A - Clear Artique Glass. We also used our Dark Antique Lead Came which works fairly well with their Antiqued Brass Hardware, unfortunately, our only other choice would have been a Bright Brass.... we all feel we made the better choice.
