Working with Heritage on our first custom build was an absolute joy. We brought in a very armature sketch of a home we dreamed up and the entire team intentionally listened and thoughtfully designed a home far beyond what we had dreamt. Shawn thought and designed elements of the house we would have never thought of. We have since built and lived in our house now for nearly 7 months and are still awestruck at how beautifully the light pours in through the windows and how well planned it is. We cannot say enough good things about Heritage and we highly them to anyone looking to design their dream home!

We made multiple changes going through the draft, they were very patient and handled the changes very efficiently and their response was always prompt. From start to finish, every part of our process with Heritage was great. The service, correspondence and hospitality are all top notch! We were able to do everything in house and Heritage was even able to bring in contractors to interview while we were in for a visit. We travel from California to Texas (where we will be relocating) so to have everything done so timely and efficiently is huge for us. We had some unusual requests/asks and they completed each task with a smile and it was such a great process for us. We are really thankful that they have a design team under the same roof and Chris, Angela and Shavawn and her team have all been fantastic. Angela was even able to take us around and show us a couple of their completed projects, as well as a walk-through of one that was mid-build. We could not have asked for more and I would highly, highly recommend Heritage for any of your design and home planning needs. Heritage Design Studio – What a blessing to have chosen them. Chris and Angela, the owners, as well as Shawn and Andrew are the consummate professionals! Chris and Angela visited the home we were currently living in to get a very good feel for our lifestyle and vision for our new home. Their attention to detail is second to none. The use of their proprietary 3D modeling software made a huge positive difference in the outcome of the design. It allows one to travel through the home and see it in 3D as it has currently been designed. This, in conjunction with the ongoing updated blueprints they provide, is a huge improvement over the standard process. Thank you, Chris, and Angela, we LOVE our new home!

From the moment I walked into the Heritage Design Studio office, I could sense the professional approach that Chris and Angela deliver. After photographing several luxury homes for HDS, it is evident that the trust their clients have in working with them is largely due to the relationships that are established and the collaboration that allows the homeowners to be at ease throughout the design phase. Even after the construction is complete and the homeowners have settled in, they are at peace knowing the meticulous design work and quality craftmanship that went into their home will be enjoyed by friends and family for many years to come. The Heritage Design Studio portfolio speaks for itself but I give my honest recommendation if you want to be treated right and be proud of your home.
