I fought him a little but in the end, was glad I went with his recommendations. He also uses a kitchen cabinet maker so all the cabinets are custom to what you want. Paul also has a great customer website that allows you to see all the expenses, make choices, and easily communicate with him. If you are planning to do a renovation, I think it helps to plan for the worst and hope for the best. I live in a co-op and we had a couple of little glitches and Paul was always quick to resolve issues as they arose. He was extremely responsive and really cared about the work and doing a good job. I would definitely hire Paul again if I needed a contractor.

This gorgeous, serene nursery for this very much Loved new baby would need to have all the necessary amenities and easily be converted into a regular bedroom. My Client had an image of elephants as the father grew up with bedtime stories of Babar. The challenged was the size of the room only 94 sq. feet. And it would have to be transformed into a regular bedroom once the child was older. I was able to find high quality , beautiful classic furniture that also serves as double duty. Once the child would be old enough the crib can transform into a queen bed, and the removable part of the changing table becomes a 6 drawer dresser. The paintable wall paper color can be changed as well as all accessories. I believe in good quality furniture that can be passed down or converted. Yes it is more expensive but in the long run, classic pieces such as these can last a life time. Created by the concept of elephant accessories and soft pastel colors. Soft texture wallpaper and loads of storage used in an elegant way, This nursery will stand the test of time from 1 month to 18 years . One month before the birth of the child my clients found out they were getting a baby boy. He was born October 03, measuring 45cm and weighing 6.5 pounds. This luxury bespoke utility and laundry room was handcrafted and installed by us for our clients’ home in Guildford, Surrey. With made to measure cabinetry, quartz worktops and a farmhouse sink, the room makes everyday household tasks a breeze. A nice design where we adjusted the size of the Beveled Glass Star Clusters to best fit the overall size of the cabinet openings... As we make all of our own Beveled Glass, this is something we can easily do for you as well. The two panels shown in these photos measured - 12" x 24-1/2". The small Ellipse Accents used Spectrum Glass - 152G - Ruby Red. The outside border features - Spectrum Glass - 319-02S - Pale Amber/White and the inside background glass used was - Spectrum Glass - 100G - Clear Granite. Once again we used our Dark Antique Lead Came to match the cabinet hardware.

Our Client's wishlist included multiple chefs in the same space, so two islands were a must. Countertops are made by Caesarstone. This space measures 22' x 17', but can easily overflow into the Prep Kitchen just behind the stocked Pantry. Hunley faucets and pot filler remind us of the English architecture with a distressed brass finish. The honed farmhouse sink is from Stone Forest. Appliances are from SubZero Wolf, and the matte black pendants are made by Savoy House.

The concrete "slate" look bistro table is cast in three pieces. The legs interlock...one slipping over the other. The table top which measures 36" in diameter rests on the legs...a gravity connection. The table is constructed of very strong and high performance concrete and then sealed. It is durable, but, lightweight at less than 100 pounds. Because it can be disassembled, it is easily moved. The table is perfect for outdoors, but, is attractive enough it can be used indoors as well.
