This exquisite Wine Cellar is the result of our clients desires to create the finest tasting room for guests to gather and enjoy wine and food. This is the ideal place for entertaining. Lutron Lighting Control System The mood is easily set throughout this elegant space with the Lutron lighting control system installed by our team. The Lutron Lighting Control System is a great way for our clients to have the capability to adjust the lighting and shade levels within a single room or throughout an entire home with the touch of a button. Sonance Speaker System The right sound resonating in the background plays a significant role in setting the atmosphere while entertaining or relaxing. With in-ceiling Sonance Speakers, our client and their guests will be surrounded by audio. Custom Programming Complimentary with the architectural design of curved walls, we installed two curved Samsung TVs. Through custom programming we were able to provide our client the ability to use both TVs simultaneously. With the ingenuity of our team we created an eye captivating custom designed 4K background scenery of wineries that scroll through the TVs providing an additional WOW factor to this already exquisite room. Motorized Shades Motorized shades were installed for the floor to ceiling windows. With easy to use controls, our client can enjoy amazing views or minimize harsh glare on the TVs. The shades are hidden inside custom soffits so they don’t distract from the beautiful view of the landscape or the exquisite design of the room. Savant Control System The Savant Control system was installed to provide our clients the ability and ease of controlling everything in one central location with one touch technology.

The owner needed a photo studio. We built a large open space in the lower level that has plenty of lighting on different controls and neutral hardwood flooring that is both attractive and unobtrusive and easy to keep clean.

This outside kitchen overlooks the 15th green at the Daniel Island Rees Jones course. Homeowners stay comfortable because bugs are controlled by a bug misting system. The idea and purpose of this guesthouse is to host multiple charity events, sporting event parties, and family gatherings. There is centralized lighting control both indoors and outdoors, an enterprise Wi-Fi network, HD surveillance, and a state of the art Crestron control system utilizing iPads and in-wall touch panels. Some of the special features of the facility is a powerful and sophisticated QSC Line Array audio system in the Great Hall, Sony and Crestron 4k Video throughout, a large outdoor audio system featuring in ground hidden subwoofers by Sonance surrounding the pool, and smart LED lighting inside the gorgeous infinity pool. The homeowners enjoy the complete control of their home, from lighting and shading to entertainment and security, through the Savant Control System. Homeowners and guests can easily create “scenes” to manage their days and social gatherings. Lutron shades help maintain light, climate and privacy to balance the inside and outside views. Outdoor entertaining is easy with the Sonance Landscape Audio System, Lutron light controls for pools and fountains and Savant control of outdoor fire pits. The fully managed Whyreboot network allows for uninterrupted system control. To maintain security, Holovision doors and gates are equipped with Doorbird system to notify residents of visitors and to give control to open and close doors and gates. What makes a bathroom accessible depends on the needs of the person using it, which is why we offer many custom options. In this case, a difficult to enter drop-in tub and a tiny separate shower stall were replaced with a walk-in shower complete with multiple grab bars, shower seat, and an adjustable hand shower. For every challenge, we found an elegant solution, like placing the shower controls within easy reach of the seat. Along with modern updates to the rest of the bathroom, we created an inviting space that's easy and enjoyable for everyone.

After dark it’s easy to set the precise mood desired thanks to the adjustable lighting of the automated pergola plus the backyard’s Jandy control system. It allows the control of most elements either remotely or from the convenience of inside the home. Care for a cooling evening dip anyone?
