This was a full renovation of a 1920’s home sitting on a five acre lot. This is a beautiful and stately stone home whose interior was a victim of poorly thought-out, dated renovations and a sectioned off apartment taking up a quarter of the home. We changed the layout completely reclaimed the apartment and garage to make this space work for a growing family. We brought back style, elegance and era appropriate details to the main living spaces. Custom cabinetry, amazing carpentry details, reclaimed and natural materials and fixtures all work in unison to make this home complete. Our energetic, fun and positive clients lived through this amazing transformation like pros. The process was collaborative, fun, and organic.

Coronado Crush is a vacation home designed to feel just as comfortable and dialed-in as a primary residence. Our clients—a large, energetic family—purchased a Coronado retreat with great bones and strong design sensibility from the previous owner, but needed a full top-to-bottom setup to truly make it their own.

This stunning acreage located just out side of Cochrane is home to a lovely family with a busy lifestyle. For these great folks, pets are there children so they were taxed with the problem of finding a floor that could help mask shedding, traffic & paw prints but that would be touch enough to survive their energetic pups! The hardwood we removed was unable to rise to the challenge but this stunning AC4 commercially rated laminate was perfect! This product hit all the priority points with the added value of being a budget pleaser.

’25 years ago’ design shows — that’s why this young family needed DiD to create a whole house transitional transformation in their newly purchased home. We refreshed or completely recreated every single room in this 5000sf Moorestown home. From removing the family room and entry murals, to shrinking down the overpowering fireplace, changing lighting, and custom creating furniture and built-ins to suit the needs of this energetic family of 6. Light and bright was the goal in most instances, with pocketed touches of moody blues and grays. We also accessorized and installed new window treatments throughout. The back hallway of this beach cottage leads to the bedrooms and to the bathroom. A bright purple carpet runner and a rustic wood bench bring charm and fun all the way back to the bathroom sink, which is skirted in an energetic floral print. (And check out the pirate octopus waste bin!) Color, playfulness and whimsy combine to create a casual, welcoming summer retreat for empty nesters who still tell us that when they walk through the door they say “Aaahhh” to themselves. WKD took one large room and created 4 different zones: an airy and bright living room area for conversation, a cozy family room area for reading, a dining room area for family meals, and a game table area for games. A vibrant modern great room designed around bold architectural elements and custom artistry. The space features a dramatic black slat-wall fireplace with integrated vertical lighting, paired with a sculptural installation of metallic gold accents that create movement across the walls. A custom turquoise back-lit bar becomes a striking focal point, adding both luxury and personality to the room. Soft neutral furnishings, oversized sliders, and layered textures balance the energetic color palette, creating a sophisticated and inviting space perfect for entertaining.

A young family with kids purchased their first home and contacted me with the task to design an upbeat and energetic space for them, which also will have all the functionality they needed. There were some restrains - a load-bearing beam ran across the space leaving very little wall space on the left available. We've chosen European size appliances and creatively resolved the corner to allow the sink placement. and added a ton of color and shine.

The Louisa 29.5’ x 21” Home Wallpaper gives an earthy feel to a bedroom, living room or any space in your home in need of a makeover. In the master bedroom, we went bold and dramatic. The wall color is a bold, dark teal to establish an energetic, moody feel. Mid-century influences can be seen in the bed, lighting, nightstands, and wall sculptures. The collage wall in this room would make any gallery owner jealous: The wife’s internationally-recognized professional photography, capturing travels as well as photos with personal meaning to the couple, mixes with iconic, limited-production photos of famous musicians. The room is anchored by a moroccan rug, and the raw, industrial look of the concrete columns and exposed steel make this space the ultimate in rock and roll glam.

The Randolph flip is another successful project by an energetic client always looking to fix up a very uncared home and flip it to a lucky buyer. The end result is a very open clean house with many beautiful features. THis home had been neglected for years starting on the outside with very overgrown landscaping making it a very unfriendly looking home nobody would want to approach. We cleaned up the yard gave it some new bright siding. But the real magic happened on the inside by opening up the living room, kitchen and dining area creating a welcome and entertaining amenable space. We relocated the kitchen to give it a better flow and allowing for the kitchen to enlarge in size. Created a more friendly family room by refacing the fireplace in stone and giving everything a fresh look. Upstairs we expanded the master bedroom and gave it a beautiful master bathroom.
