We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to help an older couple in our local community. They approached us with a project that they thought would be impossible. Turn a 6x6 first floor pantry into a fully functioning bathroom. Normally this space limitation would not be a problem but the plumbing presented a difficulty that already scared away 2 other contractors. We were able to overcome this obstacle with the help of our experienced staff who keep up to date on the newest devices and products in the remodeling industry. We had a very enjoyable experience designing and remodeling this room. Even with the small space limitations we believe we came up with a very unique and rustic feel for their 1890's farm house. I must end on all the custom wood work that our employees made for this project. From the custom, two-sided, door to the little, wooden, wall shelf we made all of the wooden pieces you see in this project and most of them were unique creations specifically for this job.

David wanted to remove his outdated shower design and replace it with a cleaner, more open look that matched the rest of his home’s style. A bulky glass block wall and dark tile made the space feel closed off and dated. The old materials were removed to the studs, and new plumbing was added for a rain shower, handheld fixture, and diverter for better comfort. Custom-built shower, featuring a dry-off area and recessed wall niche for convenience, was installed. Durable waterproofing and backer board were added to prepare the space for new tile installation. The new shower features Wave Blanco 13x24 Matte tile, installed in a horizontal straight stack pattern with Arctic White grout and Schluter Jolly Bright White trim. On the accent wall, Anthology Euphoria Crave Serenity Glass tile adds depth and subtle texture, tying the design together beautifully. For the floor, Walker Zanger Continuum Grey 2x2 Anti-Slip mosaic tile provides both safety and modern appeal. A brushed nickel tile-in drain by Ebbe Legacy complements the new Delta Pivotal fixtures in Lumicoat Stainless, creating a sleek, cohesive finish throughout. The existing vanity, toilet, flooring, and block window were kept in place to balance function and budget. The updated frameless glass enclosure without a door gives the shower a spacious, spa-like feel while maintaining easy access. Set at the edge of the rolling foothills, our bungalow project has a modern, clean look on the inside that is both practical and inspirational. The home offers an enjoyable experience suited to every occupant regardless of age. We were inspired by the region’s architecture and natural environment, and our team based the design of the project on those elements.

This outdoor space featured impressive architectural bones, anchored by a fireplace that naturally demanded attention as the primary focal point. However, the area lacked the essential furnishings, warmth, and cohesion required to function as a truly comfortable gathering spot. Our design goal was to create a functional seating arrangement for six while establishing a welcoming, inviting atmosphere through layered textures and intentional accessories. A unique aspect of this project was the client’s firm preference for metal outdoor furniture, which they preferred to source locally. We embraced this as a collaborative opportunity; I provided expert guidance on furniture selection and precise sizing to ensure the layout flowed exactly as envisioned, blending their choices seamlessly into the design. To ground the seating arrangement and soften the surrounding hard surfaces, we selected an outdoor rug in warm brown and gold tones. This addition introduced immediate visual warmth and clearly defined the conversation area. Finally, we incorporated accent pillows in soft cream and rich indigo blue to provide a sophisticated contrast that intentionally echoes the home's surroundings.
