Inspiration for a modern bathroom remodel in New York

The master bedroom was reconfigured to open up the space provide a walk in closet and an enlarged master bathroom. Barn doors slide closed to conceal the bathroom when not in use. Taupe shaker cabinetry was installed with marble counter, marble hexagonal flooring and marble subway tile elsewhere.

We were hired to add space to their cottage while still maintaining the current architectural style. We enlarged the home's living area, created a larger mudroom off the garage entry, enlarged the screen porch and created a covered porch off the dining room and the existing deck was also enlarged. On the second level, we added an additional bunk room, bathroom, and new access to the bonus room above the garage. The exterior was also embellished with timber beams and brackets as well as a stunning new balcony off the master bedroom. Master bath. Vanity wall – natural stone, mosaic, Sutra Black, mini Bamboo with honed finish to bring color and detail forward, horizontally installed. Caesarstone countertop is pure white quartz, 3CM with 2 ½ mitered laminated built up edge. Drop-in rectangular trough sink with his and her faucets. Cantilevered cabinets. Floor – same as shower, 12 x 24 rectified gray porcelain tile, stacked install, parallel with vanity. Absolutely stunning.
