Essential and surprising, the Air table seems to float in the air. Two almost invisible glass legs support the table top, which seems suspended in mid air. The extra-clear tempered glass creates a sensation of airiness and brings light to the room.

The awning windows in the kitchen blend the inside with the outside; a welcome feature where it sits in Hawaii.
An awning/pass-through kitchen window leads out to an attached outdoor mango wood bar with seating on the deck.
This tropical modern coastal Tiny Home is built on a trailer and is 8x24x14 feet. The blue exterior paint color is called cabana blue. The large circular window is quite the statement focal point for this how adding a ton of curb appeal. The round window is actually two round half-moon windows stuck together to form a circle. There is an indoor bar between the two windows to make the space more interactive and useful- important in a tiny home. There is also another interactive pass-through bar window on the deck leading to the kitchen making it essentially a wet bar. This window is mirrored with a second on the other side of the kitchen and the are actually repurposed french doors turned sideways. Even the front door is glass allowing for the maximum amount of light to brighten up this tiny home and make it feel spacious and open. This tiny home features a unique architectural design with curved ceiling beams and roofing, high vaulted ceilings, a tiled in shower with a skylight that points out over the tongue of the trailer saving space in the bathroom, and of course, the large bump-out circle window and awning window that provides dining spaces.

This step-down family room features a coffered ceiling and a fireplace with a black slate hearth. We made the fireplace’s surround and mantle to match the raised paneled doors on the built-in storage cabinets on the right. For a unified look and to create a subtle focal point, we added moulding to the rest of the wall and above the fireplace.
Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. The right side of the garage was crafted using our proprietary design & engineering principles so the client could "grab n go" or "load & leave". You'll notice all the active gear is stored here. Non-essential items that support outdoor activities have been stored in the high-end garage cabinets.

Transforming this small bathroom into a wheelchair accessible retreat was no easy task. Incorporating unattractive grab bars and making them look seamless was the goal. A floating vanity / countertop allows for roll up accessibility and the live edge of the granite countertops make if feel luxurious. Double sinks for his and hers sides plus medicine cabinet storage helped for this minimal feel of neutrals and breathability. The barn door opens for wheelchair movement but can be closed for the perfect amount of privacy.

A round table base is an essential component in creating a sturdy and visually appealing dining or conference table. The base provides stability and support, allowing the table to withstand the weight and usage it is designed for. Crafted with precision and attention to detail, round table bases are available in various materials such as wood, metal, or a combination of both. These bases come in diverse styles, ranging from classic and traditional designs to modern and contemporary aesthetics. With their ergonomic construction, round table bases ensure an even distribution of weight, preventing any wobbling or tilting.
