We LOVE this bathroom! It takes a whole new look at what can be done with a traditional bathroom space. We used a ceiling mounted circular shower rod in order to incorporate a freestanding tub where a traditional tub deck used to be. The trough sink with wall mounted faucets add a beautiful detail to this stunning space. A quick note that this show-stopping tile floor was one of the least expensive tiles we've ever installed. Beauty doesn't have to cost a fortune.

This La Jolla condo, located steps away from Wind n Sea beach was our client's third home we completed for them in San Diego. As vacation rental property owners, this Texas couple plans on making this their retirement escape in the years to come. In the meantime, the design had to be suitable for short time renters. Keeping our clients' needs in mind, the interior design was geared to appeal to the out of towners. With a focus on durability, clean, simple and modern coastal design, we're all pretty certain this little gem is going to stand out amongst its competition. The formula is pretty simple, but our job is to make it happen! :) Most of the furnishings were custom-made to fit the space perfectly, taking advantage of every inch and maximizing the space. Doubling up 2 full size beds in each of the guest rooms made this vacation rental property perfect for families and large groups. One of our biggest challenges? Finding pieces we loved that had no metal accents! ((The salt air takes its toll on those pieces faster than you'd ever guess when you're this close to the ocean!) The crew over at Housekick builds/renovates and sells over forty houses a year in the Raleigh Triangle area, so having an efficient construction process and the ability to pre-sell their properties is crucial to their business model. Because of our extensive experience with interior design, real estate, and construction projects, they rely on us to come up with complete design plans from start to finish and then use these to build and pre-sell their projects. Original Conditions: This typical 1970’s choppy split-level house was e “functionally obsolete,” had three bedrooms, two baths, and no real master suite before we got our hands on it. Changes: Upon completion, the home had four bedrooms, three full baths, a full master suite, and an open floorplan with modern architectural details. The Result: Because of our design plans and visualizations, our clients were able to create a stunning property that was functionally current, appealed to the correct demographic, and wowed potential buyers resulting in the home selling before it ever hit the market!
