In our Contemporary Bellevue Residence we wanted the aesthetic to be clean and bright. This is a similar plan to our Victoria Crest home with a few changes and different design elements. This project transformed a Montclair historic home into a bohemian, family-friendly farmhouse. The decor and styling embraced the formal bones of the house but was updated with warm tones and a boho luxe style that is well-suited for everyday living.

The space for the master bathroom is deceptively small. The glass enclosure opposite of the shower is a toilet closet for full privacy while making the space feel larger with the addition of the frosted glass. A floating vanity also visually tricks the eye into thinking the space is larger by keeping the flooring visible all the way under the vanity.
