Our client wanted a traditional Venetian Plaster in her garden room that was filled with tropical plants. And of course, she wanted it in her favorite color, denim blue. Veneziano is the most traditional Venetian Plaster finish, and dates from the Renaissance period, when Venetian architects and designers were looking for ways to give their buildings the same elegance as the buildings on the mainland, but without the weight of using stone blocks and slabs. The bathroom in the terrace level had a beautiful faux finish with pine cones sculpted into the faux finish. There was a touch of green in the pine needles. The mirror was handcrafted with pine needles and above is the Hammerton vanity lights that coordinated.

At the Ferguson home we did a full stair remodel. Much of the existing stairs were removed to make way for new oak treads, our Pescheria pattern of wrought iron balusters in our Midnight Bronze powder coated finish, and refinished newels and handrails. The transformation took a mundane stairway to a whole new level.

This ski-in, ski-out condo features a strong Arts and Crafts influence. The interiors feature reclaimed oak floors, mortise-and-tenon carpentry, stone, and custom period details.
