This living room was reconfigured during the full Portofino Tower penthouse remodel to create a more open and cohesive waterfront interior. Removing an outdated half-circular bar at the entry allowed the living and dining areas to connect more naturally, while a new wraparound soffit introduced ambient lighting and a finished valance gave the sheer drapery a more tailored architectural presence. Large-format sandstone porcelain flooring and natural abaca wall covering completed the transformation, bringing warmth, texture, and a more refined sense of openness to the space.
