The hallway exhibits staircase wall art and a colorful floor runner. Designed by Crespo Design Group, who also serves Malibu, Tampa, New York City, the Caribbean, and other areas throughout the United States.

It is a mix of raw umber, dark grays and taupe, and a wire brushed look that lends extra contrast to the wood grains. This floor is finished with Nature GARD, our protective hard wax oil finish that enhances the natural highlights of the wood’s colors.

This sophisticated sofa exhibits current design down to its basic elements. With squared track-arms and a deep profile, its timeless silhouette is set to be a new contemporary classic that will create a new look with lasting impact.

The Foyer exhibits the large hewn log timbers & the huge cedar post beyond framing the porch. Stairs lead to the lower level in front of a window wall that showcases the screened porch. The doorway leads to the Master Suite. This foyer & screened porch serves as a transition space between areas.

The entertainment unit of the living room was custom designed around the TV. The unit - exhibiting a clean minimal style - has ledge space created with Carrera marble and offers storage for smaller objects. The serenity of mid-century modern design can be seen in the Eames Chair that plays a vital role in bringing charm to the space. Both the unit and Eames Chair set well with the walnut floors and palette of whites and greys. The liquor cabinet (also custom-made) is another focal point of the space. It’s composed of Caesarstone countertop, vertical chrome handles, and walnut material, resulting in a crisp home furnishing. This piece is key in making the living room a destination for moments of private relaxation and events such as soirées.

In this wine cellar cooling project completed by US Cellar Systems and Wine Cellar Specialists in Texas, our WM3600 was used to achieve a stable environment. It was installed on the left wall, above the tabletop. For the wine racks, Knotty Alder was used. .This type of wood exhibits attractive knots and clusters.
