A growing young family with two daughters, this couple hired Brandi to complete their home’s interior decor. She loved working with these fantastic clients – they eagerly embraced a playful use of color and bold design choices! Finished in a colorful traditional style, this home is full of timeless architecture mixed with modern details. From a navy and bright orange office to a green floral dining room, each room on the main floor makes a unique statement but flows together through similar artwork and rugs. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a serene sanctuary. Brandi added wood beams, handmade wall coverings, and an extra custom-built closet. The two girls’ bedrooms are all about fun trends, personalized touches, and plenty of storage for their many prized possessions.

Another attractive element is the natural gas camp fire which brings a soft and welcoming glow while adding warmth. With it, the residents can enjoy a cozy fire without the hassle of smoke and the inconvenience of having to build one by scratch. Outdoor breezes blow across its flames, creating warm puffs of air and soft flickering light. The hard work and imagination paid off when our company proudly accepted a Gold Medal in the 2005 Northeast Pool and Spa Association’s Design Awards and a Silver Medal in the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals 2005 International Award of Excellence for this project.

Stephanie James: “Understanding the client’s style preferences, we sought out timeless pieces that also offered a little bling. The room is open to multiple dining and living spaces and the scale of the furnishings by Chaddock, Ambella, Wesley Hall and Mr. Brown and lighting by John Richards and Visual Comfort were very important. The living room area with its vaulted ceilings created a need for dramatic fixtures and furnishings to complement the scale.
